We went there for an early lunch to celebrate my wife's birthday. Service was average at best. Ordered wings and they were very soft when they arrived at our table. They could have used another 5 minutes in the fryer. Next time I go there I will request they cook them longer. The GM was on site, and he was the nicest guy which is primarily the reason we will return.

Seated as soon as we came in. Our server was very helpful and quick to get our drinks. She mentioned getting chips and salsa, perfect for calming the hunger while still trying to figure out what everyone wanted. I usually get the triple dipper as my main because it's hard to make a single choice sometimes. But because of the chips and salsa I was in the mood for a proper meal. I ordered the Classic bacon burger with fries and it was spot on delicious. Everything came out with very little waiting, nice and steamy. I enjoyed my appetizer and meal, but sadly no room for dessert. Great place for great food without breaking the bank.Kid-friendliness: Games on the order kiosk for kids to play, plus a dinner mat with games to play with crayons
It's a chain so on the upside you pretty much know what you're going to get in terms of food selection and quality. This is your standard Chilis fare - service was prompt, friendly, and attentive.
