Very bad experience the workers were trying to rush me in line and I had to go back in the store because they forgot my sour creme on the side. So I go up to the cashier and tell her and she says oh OK whatever and goes over to talk to her friends

Can be hit or miss with regards to quantity/quality, but the last few times have all been quite good. The food was fresh and not sitting out long, and service was fast. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, and this locations facilities are pretty sparse.

Food is good but, place always smells like weed. Especially from the men's restroom. Sorry last thing I want to smell before I eat is cheap weed.

Skimpy on meat. Asked for little more but they charged me $7.60 for the double meat. It wasn’t even double the portion!

Watch your bill if you decide to eat at this location. I was charged for add on items that I didn’t buy. Unfortunately I was too far down on the road and live out of the area before I checked the receipt and wondered why my bill was so high. Some shady stuff going on at the register. Wanted to warn everyone

The customer service at this location is as bad as it gets. Every time I’ve been here at opening time they open late. They all sit at the tables eating their own food and couldn’t care less that there’s a line of people waiting outside. I am currently waiting in that line and they just opened the door 10 minutes after opening time

Online customer. They never give extra condiments, and the meat is hit or miss. I wanted to do a test. I ordered the same exact bowl, but one with extra sr cream, cheese, and double meat. (A full serving of steak and a full serving of barbacoa. The regular one was half/half.) I kid you not, the bowls were the exact same. No extra anything. The only difference was one had mostly barbacoa and barely any steak and the other had mostly steak and barely any barbacoa. But the total amount of meat was the same. That's $5.50 cents of meat I didn't get because none of their online people know what the word extra means. One time I got a burrito and it was half the size it should be. 100% not worth the money spent. Less than regular amount of meat, even though I ordered double, and I also ordered extra sour cream, but got two small bites of it at the bottom with barely any other ingredients. Also, sometimes when I get my food on time to like 5 min late, it's cold. So I tested that, too, and have gone in a couple times about 10-15 minutes early and my food was already on the shelf. I understand if it's busy and you need to knock things out but if it's not, having food out that early is unacceptable when there's no heat lamp. They really just don't care to make anything right. I'm not expecting passion in your job but at least make the orders right more than 30% of the time.

My wife and I ordered the 3 taco dinner. The soft tacos were stuck together and the vegetables were horribly soft. When we got home (less than a mile from the store) both meals had run together and it was a soggy mess. Why don't they wrap each taco individually. We ended up tossing both meals out.

Walk in with my family, first went to the bathroom no toilet paper!!! walked out to ask for some toilet paper. the lady was nice and gave some to me to take and told me she would refill after. little did I know what was about to go down. Walk over to ask for my oder. looking over at the under cooked chicken after asking for a chicken Quesadilla I quickly changed my mind to steak. The lady folded my son’s quesadilla up and then she dropped it on the floor. It looked like she was going to put it in the press but before she did I said “I would like a new one please”. So she then threw it down on the bare burrito wraps!!!!!! I made a face!! she didn’t change her gloves!!!! took the wrapped quesadilla off the stack of burrito wraps throwing it out with out changing gloves or throwing out the top wrap off went on to the next. I was so grossed out I said out loud “I lost my appetite”. My other half said yes “me to let’s go”. I do not recommend going there it’s purely Unsanitary.
