I called 10pm for pizza order they said they are not taking order by phone and they told me call back after 30 min to place my order after that I placed my order from my domino app it’s work with in minutes

I ordered a pizza to pick up. The person told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at the store and they hadn't placed my order and that they had forgotten. A member of staff told me they would place my order and that they only needed 15 minutes. I came back in 20 minutes and the person was angry and told me to leave the store. I won't give you anything! Terrible service.

We ordered delivery on a Saturday night at around 7ish, only took about 45mins on a busy Saturday night for them to get me my food, David the driver had the best personality, and apologized for it taking longer than usual, which I thought it got to my home pretty quick! David said they were understaffed that night and thanked us for ordering to keep his job going!! David deserves a raise for his kindness! Thanks again Easton dominos!

Despite their posted hours saying they’re open until 12 am, we arrived at 11:20 pm only to find the door locked. There were two employees inside, who clearly saw us trying to get in, yet they said nothing. They just stood there, watching us struggle with the door, without offering any explanation or even acknowledging us. Is this how customers should be treated? This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable.
Ordered pizza for the family tonight, and all I have to say is our delivery driver, "DARREN" is the best!!!! May God continue to bless you and THANKS FOR THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE???

This branch has fallen so far over the years. I have had pizzas delivered flipped over and crammed in a corner. I have had deep dish pizzas delivered that were flat and told them they got my order wrong and they refused to replace it. I take the pizza to the business and the smart mouth girl working there insults me for no reason and tells me what I had was a deep dish pizza. After a back and forth they said they would remake it. I watched them make it and they had no clue how to make a deep dish. When they took pizza out of oven it wasn't even on the side of the deep dish pan.
