The female cashier at the drive through window seemed to have an attitude. A simple “thank you” or “have a nice day” would go a long way in making the experience feel more welcoming. Instead, it felt a bit awkward having to ask if my order was complete.

Also, the curb on the exit of the drive through is a concern. It might make sense to remove the left turn option there to make exiting safer and smoother.

Other than that food was pretty much on par for a Dunkin Donuts

I went to the drive through at 12:20 to get a latte that I get everyday and decided to get the chipotle wake-up wrap. I was greeted with “Can I help you”. So we weren’t off to a good start with service. I said yes, you can help me and proceeded to order. When I ordered I said with bacon and the lady on the mic said “it comes with bacon”. When on the menu it says with choice of meats. So there was an obvious attitude problem. Not sure who made her mad but when working In customer service you can’t take your problems out on the customers. When I pulled into my drive way and pulled out my wrap this is what I got. I went back and got a refund. Making the review so customers can check their food and stuff if the staff is being rude that day, your food/drink quality might be lacking.

Every time I order a Boston Cream they somehow smash the chocolate into the bottom of the bag.

I got NO idea who's been working at these fast food places but service has become so bad. Ordered 4 coffees, 2 frozen and then 2 iced. Ordered 4 chocolate frosted donuts. All 4 donuts were shoved into a small bag with napkins at the bottom. You couldn't have put at least 2 in one bag then 2 in another? The frosting was everywhere in the bag andthe napkins were stuck to the donuts so there was no point in the napkins to begin with.

EDITED TO ADD: they told us they would refund us our money, they never did. I will be calling today 5/12. It’s been over 2 weeks. No one even reached out to me to try and make it right.

Just drove through here on our way out of town from our First Anniversary in St. Michael’s and WOW. Careless team that will serve you food that is likely going to make you sick.

We ordered a large iced crunch caramel latte and 2 orders of Snackin Bacon.

We got the bacon and it was ICE COLD.

Went back inside and instantly felt the guilt from everyone working. When we spoke with the manager, who was not wearing a name tag, she said “the problem is that it had been sitting out”. WHICH WAS OBVIOUS WHY WOULD YOU SERVE THIS TO ANYONE?!

Then had the audacity to ask “would you like me to warm it up? Or would you still like a refund?”

IT IS OLD, COLD, SLIMY BACON.

I ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwich with turkey sausage. It was okay. I wouldn't get the bread toasted.

Overpriced food and the employees are loud. You know people in the dining area can hear you talking about dating older people and making barking noises.

Convenient location for picking up some food while traveling. That’s about it. Went through the drive thru, ordered a half dozen glazed donuts and an extra toasted everything bagel(bc they don’t sell cheese bagels, need to change this DD). Received my order and kept driving. But into the bagel and I was like, um it’s cold and not toasted. Sure enough, not the least bit toasted and it is cold. I am not a frequent customer of DD, and this was your chance to convince me I should be. Well, you certainly missed the mark on this one and I won’t be coming back to this location nor any other DD. I’m in Boston often as my daughter is in college there, so you will not be seeing me there either. So sad that the simplest part of who you are, Bagels, you can’t get right!!

Whoever the dude that is working there at opening during the week around 4:30 - 5:00am is damn good. He always has my stuff ready and correct - even if I order late on my app, it's still ready, hot and he's holding it at the window as I pull up. I dont really even have to stop my car for the hand off - he's that good.

I can promise you they are selling more cream then coffee you can go to either Dunkin in Easton and the one on rt 50 actually puts the specified amounts of espresso in the drinks. You get one from Marlboro and it’s almost as white as the cream and tastes nothing like the ones that the rt 50 location.I get the same thing everyday it’s crazy that there’s such a variation.
