I just wanted to post this because the girl working at the window this morning was so kind. She handed me my coffee that was dripping and was so helpful when I said “yeah normally I wouldn’t care but this is a rental car”. She was quick to get me napkins and then offered to throw them away for me. What a sweetie she is! She is very kind and deserves a raise!! She’s an African American woman, probably between 20-25 years old and is always smiling. ( : I just got into a car accident where it totaled my car and have been through the wringer with this (hence the rental). A little kindness went a long way, because that made my day.I rated the “food” bad because actually this place is extremely inconsistent with how my drink turns out. It was great today, but coming here was a gamble for me. I’m glad I did. My drink is good but the customer service from Ms. Girl is much better. i appreciate you guys!! ( :

Friendly staff!!My favorite Dunkin in Easton!!Parking: Parking is shared with Acme and their is only one handicap parking spot up front.You can park in one of the few spots on the side of the building also.This is a popular spot so the drive-thru line is sometimes long.

Not a large selection of donuts compared to what we usually see in Dunkins but enough we could find enough. Otherwise about what you'd expect from a Dunkin.
I love dunkin, but these experiences i've been having are terrible. It's one specific worker actually. Gnat, she is rude to me and even when i ask for light ice my drinks i barley get any drink it's always overfilled with ice. waste of my money.

Be careful! Being a type 1 diabetic, I ordered Stevia in my cold brew. I received sugar. Usually the service is decent but this is worrisome because I don't use sugar and hate wasting money.

I come here every morning and sometimes more than once! I've gotten to know some workers here but one morning, I was running behind. The nice lady recognized my name and my face, (I ordered on the mobile app) when i came inside. However I ordered for the drive thru, but it was so dang long (the 8 o'clock rush) I didn't have time to wait so I walked in, when I placed an order for drive thru... Anyways she helped me get to work on time! All because she took initiative to get my morning coffee ☕ I went back and tipped her and thanked her for she helped me get to work on time and made my coffee perfect! All which made my day run smoothly ? love it! Highly recommend, especially for the locals ?

Do not like how they do not make sure that all of your food is in the bag you have to end up either calling back to pick up your items later or turn around from going where you're going to go back and pick up what you just purchased that is so unprofessional!!!!
