Tonight in easton maryland on rt 50 by the holiday Inn express we stopped 4 coffee and ice cream. A gentleman took care of our coffee and ice cream. The lady also working was nasty and told 1 customer there was no ice cream. Really??

Bad service, not consistent with Dunkin policy, asked KURT to put coffee in my reusable cup, instead of Dunkin paper cup so I dont waste a paper cup or drink my coffee with paper glue. But Kurt said HE IS NOT ALLOWED TO DO SO.Well Kutt every Dunkin in the nation is been to had no issues with my request but you. You are terrible.
