Meh. My tongue was dying for Italian, but the stuffed shells had so much mozzarella they were almost too hard to eat. Flavor was there, just overwhelmed by cheese. The Philly cheeseteak was good tho.

This is my serious go to place for cheesesteaks and everything. My daughter loves the chicken kids meal. The chocolate cake is freaking awesome. I love the rolls for the hoagies, reminds me of philly rolls. The bread makes it. Their delivery people are fast and super nice. Love this place.

I don't even understand what happened to this place. It used to be my favorite delivery in town, but it has completely gone down hill.Not only is the food horrible the customer service is non-existent.After waiting for an hour for food you would expect that it would be correct or at least that it would taste good. Wrong. When you call to let them know that your order is incorrect you'd expect a refund. Wrong. They actually expect you to drive the food back to them.. why?! You can't sell it to another customer. I asked why this was necessary and I was told that it was policy. I guess their policy is that their trash can is better than mine.I was told never to call again. Don't worry, I'll order from somewhere better next time. I have no interest in EVER dealing with these people again.

This place has really gone downhill. Recently the fried food tastes burnt and like old dingey oil. Makes me wonder how often they clean the fryers. I've orderd salads the past two times and the container is always half full of water which makes everything soggy and gross. I guess they don't drain the veggies before throwing it into the container. It's just really unfortunate I've frequented Giovanni's for years and it used to be one of my go to spots. Save yourself the disappointment and stick to the pizza. At least the pizza is still good.
