Hate to overuse “best ever,” but this place’s pulled pork sandwich certainly comes close! Also a big hit was its beef brisket sandwich. The mac n cheese and baked beans sides were equally terrific, but their potato salad would benefit from a bit more imagination. Definitely worth a stop, which we’ll be doing again!

We used to go to Shore BBQ all the time, which I’m guessing has been bought out by GS Smokehouse. We didn’t know this when we ordered takeout via phone. The Shore BBQ website does not say one thing about now being GS Smokehouse. People there were friendly. The pulled pork bbq platter was ok. However, the brisket was all fat. Of the 2 pieces in the platter, at least 80% was fat and not edible. How could they possibly serve all fat. It was clearly noticeable. To add to it, the coleslaw was tasteless and the biscuit was gross. Limp and falling apart.

Best Bbq in Easton Brisket was the best ive ever had juicy and tender the people are nice and appreciate your business sides are delicious no complaints whatsoever hands down best around

Can't go wrong on any menu item, but pit beef is our standard Saturday fare. The Amoroso rolls made Philadelphia famous for its cheesesteaks. Paired with GS' tenderly smoked meats and Salmon, it should make GS Smokehouse a destination of local renown! And a wonderful staff to boot!

I visit this nice place a lot! This is my favorite spot to pass a nice evening. I visit this spot many times. The food is just great, the team is professional and the prices are reasonable. I enjoy going in this restaurant over a tasty supper.
