Biscuits are as hard as rocks, don't go inside but drive thru the one who takes your money puts lids on drinks with same nasty hands. They got rid of the cheesesteak breakfast burita that was far better than what's on there now. And biscuits you can through against the concrete outside light holders and they didn't even come apart because I tried because I couldn't bite it. And their prizes for junk is ridiculous

i used to love hardeez, they were the best fast food burger. but this recent one i just ate LITERALLY was like a elementary school lunchroom frozen burger. absolute garbage

I mistakenly asked for ice in my coffee on the mobile app. After apologizing and saying that wasn't what I wanted I asked for a fresh cup of coffee. The employee then dumped my old coffee back into the pot and poured a new cup from there. Thats not Fresh! She was huffing at me the whole time, like I was asking for something outrageous. I just wanted a fresh cup of coffee. Not going back to that store.

Wow the quality of food has gone way down. It has been awhile since I have been to a Hardee's they used to have good burgers. the burger we got had no flavor and just grease just dripping off them. My wife ordered regular chicken sandwich, on the receipt it says regular chicken sandwich, she got a spicy chicken sandwich. The fries where hardly cooked. We ate like 3 of them. So I wasn't going to complain just leave and never eat Hardee's again. I just wanted to throw the disgusting food in the Dumpster and go when the mgr came out and made us dig the trash out of the Dumpster cause they use it for recycling. I have always wondered why I never see Hardee's anymore now I know why.

Recently, my 87-year-old aunt accidentally left her purse at a table here. Cash and credit cards were in full view. The manager, Dante, made sure to keep it safe and graciously and humbly returned it with all contents intact. We were so appreciative!
