The best of the best when it comes to Chinese food in Easton, MD!!!!!!!!! They get my order right every single time without fail and never mess up when I ask for extra’s of this or that. They are always pleasant and therefore I will never go anywhere else!!!!!!!!!! Hong Kong is hands down my forever go to spot for Chinese food!!!!!!!!!

This is a very weird set of reviews. They seem to be either 5- or 1- star with no in between.
My own first-time experience through Door Dash— I ordered a shrimp egg roll (fair); appetizer spare ribs (dry and tough); and vegetable lo mein (90% noodles, about 5 broccoli florets and 3 or 4 mushroom slices, a few teeney slivers of carrots). You are given two tiny packets each of soy sauce and duck sauce. No hot mustard.
No complaints with Door Dash!

Ordered take out, fried dumplings came with no sauce, didn’t enter everything that was charged or ordered, suggest you check everything before you leave. No soy sauce or duck sauce, over all mediocre Chinese food at best

I've been getting exquisite Chinese Food from Hong Kong Kitchens for about 25 years now, ever since we moved here to Easton back in 1999. The food has always been fresh and delicious. Delivery is fast and efficient. The staff is always cheerful and quick to take your order. They have always been such delightful people, I find myself sometimes wishing they were part of MY family. You can't go wrong with Hong Kong!!!

Consistent food everything. When you think Chinese take out, this is it.
No thank you, never again. Food made me sick. House lo mein was nothing but noodles, hardly any protein , no vegetables. Fried wonton as hard as a brick. Fried rice was yellow never seen that before. Egg rolls were good. I will stay with the competition across the street. Thought I would give them a try.
