Absolutely outstanding professionalism, communication, and service. I emailed through their website asking for options to have a few cheesecake cupcakes provided to my coworkers for Christmas. I work remotely and wanted to give them a little treat to close out the year. The owner emailed back and through multiple emails offered a lovely option for them that ultimately was not a lot of money. Despite the lower amount I spent, he wowed both me and my coworkers with the presentation and personal service.

After searching around for months for the perfect key-lime dessert for our wedding, we eventually found and fell in love with the key lime mini-cheesecakes from Josef’s Sweets! I was so afraid they’d be out of our wedding budget, but was ecstatic to find that ordering in bulk was easy and in our price range. There was a bit of a mix-up with our order on the day of the wedding, but it was quickly rectified and the customer service to fix the issue was awesome. Not only that, but the cheesecakes were a hit with our guests - I would highly recommend Josef’s Sweets by Gregory James, whether it’s for an event or just to stop by to treat yourself!

Stopped in at this delightful shop for the first time. We enjoyed a variety of cheese cakes. Couldn’t decide on just one. Ended up trying 5! Loved them all. My favorite was the cookies and cream. Will definitely be back. I don’t live near by, but it is worth the trip. Especially if you are going to the beach or St. Michaels. Great for special occasions too! Will be a nice surprise for your guests. We picked a custom whole cheese cake for a holiday party. Yum!

Lackluster folks!Save your coins....I was disappointed, as I expected so much from the reviews I saw online.The ambiance was nice. Nice decor, but overall is definitely a never coming back.Customer service was trash.Prices were excessive for what you are paying for. I paid $12 for a sample box of 8 minis. They were frozen and I wasn't made aware of this until after payment. Actually, they were freezer burnt. A bakery selling frozen product???!!??? There is a walmart around the corner with plenty of frozen deserts within reason - why should a consumer pay $12 for freezer burnt minis???? If you don't pay enough attention to your packaging before freezing, how do I trust your product????Plenty of fresh cheesecake baked in house at the Cheesecake Factory for the same prices. Imagine that. Save your money and a trip, I know I will.

Last week I stopped into the shop for the first time. I was unsure which flavor to get so I got the sampler pack. They were all so delicious that I returned this week and bought a caramel cappuccino crunch and a chocolate peanut butter. Not only were they beautiful but they were also worth every calorie! I gifted one of the cupcakes to my friend and she loved it! The shop itself is cute and charming. The young women that help me at the counter was so sweet and helpful when helping me decide what flavors to get. I will definitely be a frequent shopper here!

I originally ordered a full size tiramisu cheescake for my boyfriend's birthday. We posted a review sharing our dissatisfaction ( the cake lacked flavor and tasted like it was freezer burned). Josef's reached out to us apologizing for our "negative" experience and offered to let us try a different flavor. We ended up getting Cookies and cream cheesecake. I have nothing negative to say about the Cookies and cream flavor cheesecake, it was absolutely delicious. I was extremely happy we gave Josef' another chance and we plan on returning sometime in the future to try more flavors!

First time yday at Josef's. Lemon blueberry cheesecake was amazingly delicious!! Will definitely return to try other flavors. Nice addition to Easton.

The quality of this place and their product is AWESOME. Loved them so much, I pitched the idea of having the company I work for buy 50 of them for our Team Member appreciation. We had a large majority of our Team Members saying "best cheesecake I've ever had!!!".

Very awful, we got the tiramisu cheesecake and it tasted like nothing but a gooey egg mess. I will not go back. I got the chocolate lovers cheesecake and that to was just gross. I had to give 1 star because it wouldn't let me give none. There is no good backery around here, do not waste your 8 dollars on this! I would have been better off at cheesecake factory which is so sad.
