Very disappointing. I love ledo Pizza but not cold. I drove from Cambridge to get pizza and knew it would be only warm by the time I got home. I ordered it for curbside. Never got it curbside so I called. She said oh it's just coming out of the oven. Waited 7 minutes. Nothing delivered to my car. So I finally went in, which was not easy because I've recently had knee surgery.. when I called I said I'd been there waiting. And my receipt which is stapled to the bag...
My most recent order was done completely like l ordered it. I was pleasantly surprised. I pre-ordered a salad online for a certain time to pick it up. It was customized and portioned well. Counter service was great.
