Today I had a problem with my breakfast order but the manager was very good about getting it fixed ...
So.... it was 10:55 and I place and order at takeout for breakfast and the order is complete but not paid for until I drove around....all at once the teller stated it was now 1100 and I couldnt get my breakfast?
I had to then go inside and speak to manager and she was kind enough to get my order....
The person who is taking takouts must remind the customer about the time factor

I visit maybe once a month simply because I don’t eat fast food that much. The fries are always soggy crumbs. In the middle of a lunch rush they are only warm. Perhaps they were set on my tray while the burger was cooking. I would rather have a lukewarm burger and hit crisp fries. So yeah, lukewarm, soggy, fry crumbs. Burgers and service is always good. It is clean. The bathrooms are clean. I’ve come in for fries only. $4.99 for low quality large fries.

So, I use the app daily. I know it inside and out. So Im intown on business very busy. Stop in the app isn't working semi normal no big deal, but then their ordering kiosk was also not working and loading the emdeal wrong. The front desk girl tried to help but didnt understand. So she gets the manager and the manager wants me to download and undownload the app. Again im in a rush and I have used this special and had multiple managers at the cambridge and kent island store the managers can manually put it in but she didnt. So the average of 600 a month I spend at the 3 local mcdonalds locations maybe start losing business. Not much but looking at the reviews this location isn't the best at helping... This location does have self refills that I do love so I dont have to wait for service to get a refill

Who knows what the hours are here, because they seem to close whenever they feel like it. Posted here and on the building as 11 pm, they often quit answering the drive thru much earlier, and if you are fortunate enough to finally speak with someone, it seems they are out of everything. Save time and energy, and go to the one on Ocean Gateway. They are much more reliable, and keep their operating hours as they are listed.
