So I went through the drive through today. This place wasn't too busy, it was around 2 p.m. I give the lady a code for 20 percent off. She said yes she had the code,,pull up to pay and the kid working says no my code isn't there. I tried to add it, but the app wouldn't let me because the code had been used. So im screwed. He just stares at me doesn't get a manager nothing. My husband was mad that I made a big deal about it so he just payed. But it's ridiculous ? I lost a $7 discount. You should really train your staff better. Also all my food was shoved in one bag and smashed, poor service!!!!

Consistently get my orders wrong and even if I order my food way ahead of time on their app, I still have to pull in and wait at their reserved area because my order is still not complete. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt however, this is such a consistent thing that I now go to the location on rt. 50

One of the worst McDonald's overall. The food is always messy and inconsistent. They rarely get my order right when the one across town can do it with no issues. This time I asked for a double cheese burger. Guy put down a McDouble. I asked him to change it and he said they are the same thing. Then he got my drink incorrect and I asked him to change that and he said he would. I had to remind him again that it was wrong and to change it when it came time to pay. Then When I finally get my food, it's completely incorrect and soggy. I would unwrap and check everything to make sure it's correct before leaving the restaurant/drive thru
