Not sure what the issue is with this location but they seem to be in some level of chaos at all times both inside and out and the service reflects it. The last dozen or so orders I've gotten have all been messed up. From major things like missing meals and blatantly incorrect food items(nuggets in a cheeseburger happy meal) to screwing up customized items(no pickles, etc.), it's always something. You can't just count items when you get your order, you seemingly need to open every box and bag, and unwrap every sandwich in front of them if you want any hope of actually getting what you ordered. The only reason I go here at this point is because it is by far the closest location to my house when my girls want McDonald's. Skip this location is at all possible. It's just not worth the headache.

Witnessed an employee leave the toilet stall and return to work without washing his hands. When I commented about what I saw, he brushed it aside. The manager also didn't seem to care. That employee went right back to work touching bags of food with the same soiled hands from the restroom.

Nearly every time we come they mess up an order or are out of something, something is broke or we have to wait. Waited nearly 15 min just to get a cup of coffee!
Went to this McDonalds on the way to Ocean City for a mid-way meal. The women’s restroom was really gross. Paper towels everywhere, dead flies on toilet seats, living flies swarming all over, no toilet paper. Even outside of the restroom in the dining area there were flies everywhere, also outside on the patio area. I looked at reviews and I saw people complaining about the flies as far back as two years ago from now, so hopefully manager can figure out a way to deal with that issue. Employees also seemed pretty nonchalant, but I guess I can’t blame them, it’s a McDonald’s at the end of the day and I can only imagine how draining fast food customer service can be. Other than that seemed to be alright :)

Who ever trained these employees did a good job I was very impressed with the service and who ever trained the little chubby boy on register did a great job he helped me how to use the kiosk very polite.
