Came in here yesterday evening to pick up an order and waited nearly 15 minutes plus and the manager operating the closing shift 11/07/2024 was completely rude due to the fact I had become impatient waiting that long. The comment he made and thought I couldn’t hear him. “I don’t know why you’re rushing for” oh really? And proceeds to set the order down behind the counter so I had to reach over it and grab it. Ridiculous! Well maybe if you have rude comments you should keep them to yourself. And number two, the customer is always right. I never made any comments just stood there and waited for my order. Sure I was upset because the thing was taking way too long. But for me to observe several orders to be prepared and served before my very own was highly disappointing and and it was literally 3 items regular items at that. it’s literally managers like this who give fast food a bad name. You treat your customers with respect and you make them feel welcomed. This guy needs to be coached on people skills and service orientation in general. We the customers have the right to inquire on what’s taking so long to prepare our order. But it being skipped repeatedly while other orders pass is ridiculous. Get your stuff together seriously. I hope the higher management reads this comment. Easton McDonald’s needs better and higher quality employees that are actually passionate and willing to serve nothing but the best! 0/5 honestly. Worst experience to date.

I would be very wary of doing mobile orders here. Recently I’ve done a mobile order, did the whole code thing and whatnot. I was told that my code didn’t appear in the system and to go through the drive thru again. So I made my way around a second time, then they said they saw my code, but now it’s gone. The employee asked me to reorder my food. I thought that they were going to refund my original order since I never got it, but they didn’t (disputing that with my bank currently). The second time I did curbside pickup, because I didn’t want to deal with the drive thru shenanigans. I was essentially double charged, and only received one of the orders. I don’t plan on coming back here anytime soon.
Ordered a big mac, and it was full of old lettuce . Need to check products before selling it.

Waited curbside for 15min. Then went inside and waited another 15min inl ine to retrieve my food. So by the time I asked for my food it had been made, and sitting there so long it was already cold. People want to get paid $18-20 an hour at these places to work but still don't want to do thier jobs.

The sandwich I got was a Big Mac the bread was hard like it's been sitting around for like a week I couldn't believe it cuz usually when I go to Easton their sandwiches are a little bit better like somebody cares back there but I guess that person wasn't there today
