Tonight I visited one of your stores and had a poor customer service experience.
I was instructed to go through the drive-thru with my car, but the employee who took my order did not listen to me. I had to repeat my order three times, and it still was not understood until I went to the window.
The order was handed to me reluctantly. After parking and waiting, I noticed the employee was playing music loudly from his phone.
I am writing to report this situation due to the poor service I experienced.

Got food to go. Absolutely terrible. Got a plain hamburger for my dog and she wouldn't eat it. Chicken sandwich was just as bad. Will never go to another McDonalds.

Easton McDonald’s on Rt 50 has the best Dr Pepper and Coke. It is better than any other McDonald’s on the eastern shore. They have the mixture portions set just right and the cold temperature too.

Service was very slow. We went through the drive-thru on our way home from Ocean City, MD, and was disappointed at the lack of speed they were putting out food. When we went through the drive through, we were asked to park in one of the numbered spots, along with eight other cars. The food was messy at best and the fries were tepid.

I'm very satisfied with the restaurant and the employees are well trained the little chubby one with black pants was very polite and made my order right away fries were fresh and smiled at me very polite give that guy a raise will come back to this mcdonald's 10/10!

They are good sometimes, other times its a mess. Really never know. This time they was fast and food was good.
Not sure what the issue is with this location but they seem to be in some level of chaos at all times both inside and out and the service reflects it. The last dozen or so orders I've gotten have all been messed up. From major things like missing meals and blatantly incorrect food items(nuggets in a cheeseburger happy meal) to screwing up customized items(no pickles, etc.), it's always something. You can't just count items when you get your order, you seemingly need to open every box and bag, and unwrap every sandwich in front of them if you want any hope of actually getting what you ordered. The only reason I go here at this point is because it is by far the closest location to my house when my girls want McDonald's. Skip this location is at all possible. It's just not worth the headache.

Witnessed an employee leave the toilet stall and return to work without washing his hands. When I commented about what I saw, he brushed it aside. The manager also didn't seem to care. That employee went right back to work touching bags of food with the same soiled hands from the restroom.
