Absolutely horrendous. My broccoli cheddar soup has no broccoli in it and it's like water. my cheese steak sandwich tastes like it was cooked last week. There are no onions on it, there's no aioli on it it's just a dry board. Horrible will never eat there again

Craziest manager I've seen in a while barking at his employees in front of the entire restaurant. Learn how to treat your team better man, I'm betting your turnover rate is out the ROOF

Panera Bread in Easton has become my dependable choice for a quick and easy lunch. I recently joined their Sip Club, which offers complimentary unlimited drinks — a great perk for regulars.

On my last visit, I tried two sandwiches that stood out:

• Pesto Chicken Sandwich: Served on ciabatta bread, paired with a tomato dipping sauce and chips. Flavorful and filling — just right for one person.
• Spicy Chicken Sandwich: Also served with chips, offering a satisfying kick without being overwhelming.

To drink, I went with the Raspberry Iced Tea. I’m usually not a fan of iced tea, but this one surprised me — refreshing and well-balanced.

The staff is consistently friendly, and the ambience is pleasant, making it a comfortable spot to unwind. My only suggestion: a bit more attention to table cleanliness would elevate the experience further.

Overall, Panera Easton delivers on convenience, taste, and service — a solid lunch option when you’re in town.

They made my food at 8:59 it sat their on the counter until 9:18 next to the bagels until I complained for a fifth time and asked for a refund since it now had gone cold. They finally gave me the food at 9:22

Terrible experience waited 20 minutes for my sandwich. But people who ordered after me got there’s before me. Chipotle Chicken Avo Melt sandwich and the avocado was half an avocado on one half of the sandwich none on the other half. Extremely disappointed called the manager to let them know she could care less couldn’t be bothered to address my concerns. Last time at Panera.

Why would you give me chips as my side, and put tomato on my sandwich? I asked for a baguette and no tomato. Please hire people with a brain.

Last night I ordered chicken strawberry poppy seed salad. I picked it up and when I returned home there was no poppyseed dressing with it. I had to go back and get some. Today I ordered the same thing. Got home and there is no chicken on it. What is going on with your employees? This was totally unacceptable both days. Better supervision needed.
