1. no warm welcome . no smile. zero Custer service. staff looked unwilling and bothered by the 3 customers who arrived around 4pm.
2. when asked about paninis I got an eye roll..when commenting about the new menu I got another eye roll. Just rude.
3. then forgot to.give me my pastry
4. then forgot to make it to go
5. then forgot to ask if I wanted apple , chips or baguette
Upon pick up the one gentleman was very sweet and helpful.
The supervisor on the other hand was also rude, zero smile, zero customer service, zero leadership but a big attitude to boot.
This was my last visit there, after 10+ yrs of going.
Between the attitude , the new and less appealing menu and the terrible sandwich, enough is enough.

Only issue is the drive thru. Always packed crowded. Be careful because their are dens are the poles and my car because not much space pulling in or out of the drive thru.

The soup was really good. The salad was fair. Hardly had any dressing. The very small container of dressing had about 1/3 filled.(didn't bother to get more) ice tea was good. Bread was really good. Don't think that small soup and bread worth $14.

I had a wonderful experience at Panera Bread during my recent visit. I enjoyed the turkey sandwich, which was fresh and flavorful, along with some delicious pastries. The food quality was excellent and exceeded my expectations.
What stood out to me the most was the overall atmosphere. The employees at this location seem genuinely happy and are incredibly friendly. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it creates a welcoming environment for customers.
The restaurant itself was spotless, including the bathrooms, which were impressively clean. It’s refreshing to dine in a place that prioritizes cleanliness and attention to detail.
I also had the pleasure of speaking with Keith, the manager. He’s such a nice guy and truly embodies excellent customer service. It’s rare to meet a manager who is so personable and professional.
This visit left a lasting impression, and I’ll definitely be back soon. Highly recommend this Panera Bread location!

This was maybe my last visit. Ordered 2 tuna sandwich and 2 rustic potato soup. One tuna had nothing , 2 peices of bread? One had very little tuna. Soup was gooey with maybe a 1/4 of a potato each. Ordered an almond pastry- hard and nearly inedible. At $35.00 I expected more. Very, very disappointing. Manager credited the tuna but the whole thing was a FAIL!

It would be nice if they used 'real' chicken instead of deli meats.

This Panera is in a very convenient location but it is very slow with getting you your order once ordered. The workers in the food prep area seem to move at the speed of a snail. I keep stopping here since it’s convenient on my way to ocean city, but with the recent slow service may begin to look elsewhere.

Not the usual outcome this time. No cheese in the French onion soup and the steak sandwich had no "sauce".
