I was in the store this evening and after I received my order I noticed that the person making the pizzas sneezed in their hand and then proceeded to make peoples pizzas without washing his hands. A sink was 5 feet away from him.. this needs to be addressed immediately. Note for management: Review the cameras around 5:15 PM on 9/9/25.

Placed large order well in advanced and called to confirm they could do it. It wasn’t delivered on time, kept getting pushed back and was struggling for over 2 hours to get it delivered. Ended up cancelling order and future orders.

Counter guy was outside smoking a cigarette and went inside with me to pickup food. Proceeded to hand me food without washing hands and walked out with me to return to said cigarette. Open sign was also off probably to deter people coming in. $50 for a pizza and wings. Probably wont come back here again.

This place is Jekyll and Hyde. One time you order and everything is fine. Driver is prompt, courteous, delivers food in hot bag and food quality is good. The very next time you order you may get the driver that wanders around with your pizza for an hour in his car, is rude when he delivers it and hands you a cold pizza that wasn't even in a hot bag.
This Papa John's has changed used to get perfect pizza ,Now the toppings are smaller and I always would get extra sauce, Was told it was on there, was not and gave me marina containers instead ,it's not the same as if spread on there

Called multiple times to order delivery to be told it would take two hrs before I would see my food and if I did pick up be around a hr during week days and weekends and have been overcharged multiple times by the girl taking the order for the manager to have to correct the price when picking up the food and not receiving everything I ordered the first time

For lunch the food seems quality and made with care… for dinner, we have ordered twice. The first time we ordered 3 sides of cheese sauce, and 2 sides of their cool ranch Doritos sauce. They gave us 1 side of garlic sauce and nothing else, the food was over cooked.Decided tonight to give it another shot, and again, no sides, over cooked meal. Won’t be ordering again. Read the dang ticket and see what’s on the order for Christ’s sake.
