It was terrible I tried to place an order for two three pieces on sale the manager told me I can only get one special I proceeded to order another three piece and they only gave me five pieces of chicken instead of six and it took 10 minutes just to get it and the chicken was right there down out of handle business they wouldn't answer the phone and I called four times back to back

it's been a couple of years ago since i've been here, so i decided to stop by and see what's up. i don't know if it's new management or bad suppliers or what, but the serving sizes on the chicken were ABHORRENT.

they ran out of chicken breasts, which, fine, whatever— i asked to replace them with thighs. but honestly i might as well have asked to replace them with wings. the thighs were smaller THAN THE DRUMSTICKS (the only thing they did right), and even then, most of the volume was skin over meat.

pictured below is one of the "thighs" in question. yes, they all looked like this. safe to say this is my final visit. RIP 41 dollars.

This place is really needs to hire new people. Every time I order something from them, an item is missing or incorrect. It’s really annoying, how hard is it to double check and make sure someone’s order is correct before you hand it off. Literally every time I have gone there, whether it’s through DoorDash or if I go in person something is wrong or missing. Please do better

I wanted to place a order of fried chicken for my mom and they hung up on me.Also they told me 20 pieces of fried chicken was 65dollars

They had no sandwiches no Mac and cheese they took 5 minutes to js make our food and the the drive thru guy left half way which ruined my day and messed up our meal

Welcome to the worst Popeyes of the franchise, where you can’t get a chicken sandwich after 6pm because… why? I suspect it comes down to cheap-as-**** owners. Honestly, who doesn’t serve their FLAGSHIP menu item until closing? Rubbish.

Stopped in to get dinner at 630. Which is dinner time for most and they wanted to tell me I had to wait 10 minutes for a sandwich and also told another customer same thing. Told them no and every employee was sitting in the dining room and at counter talking and carrying on. Would never go there again
