Passing through and my 1st time here. Ordered the 8 peice spicy chicken only and tried the fried pickles too.

The chicken was tasty and had a good spicy flavor. And as usual with the extra spicy, my nostrils were affected. 🤪 The pieces were generous and extremely crunchy.

The fried pickles were good, but because they were fresh and hot in the closed bag, some were a little soggy from the steam.

The bathroom was spacious and clean. I like places were there is parking and nice bathrooms.

Last night I ordered in drive thru 2 lrg coleslaws and a lrg strawberry iced tea. Paid 16.93. started to leave, took a sip of the tea, it was warm, barely a handful of ice and tasted like tea with strawberries syrup poured in. Went back around to the drive thru window, handed the guy the drink and told him I don't want it, I want a refund for it. I told him it was because they evidently don't know what iced tea meant and it tasted like strawberry syrup poured in. He looked at me dumb founded and goes to talk to the manager. Came back with some girl and manager that never spoke to me directly, saying that I would have to pay a second time in order to get my refund. WHAT!? So then I tell them no, I wasn't paying twice, I wanted the refund on my card I paid with or I wanted cash back for the drink. The three of them then walked a distance away and the girl called someone, spoke to whoever it was and gave the phone to the manager. After about 5 minutes they all went to the back and came back with a key, opened the register at the window and gave me 2. And change. The menu says the teas are 4.and change. THEN I get home to find out they gave me the wrong sized (smaller) coleslaw and charged me for large size I ordered. I won't be going back to Easton Maryland store unless there is a staff change and can speak and understand clear English and do the job properly and not appear to be ripping people off.

The Gentleman Was Changing Trash Never Thought To Wash His Hands Until I Said Something Then He Acted Like He Had An Attitude When I Asked Him To Do So And I Still Don't Know If He Did Because The Sink Was Hiden I Won't Be Visiting Again And I'll Be Sure To Tell My Family Members Not To Eat There As Well So Just Imagine What He Does When Nobodies Looking SMH...

Shorting food orders. You have to check your order before you leave the store. I ordered a 9 piece classic chicken they gave me 8 pieces I ordered 12 biscuits they gave me 11. I'm glad I checked before I left. They did give me what I was missing after we counted it at the counter.
