Employee at window was ignorant. I was ordering two meals and was asked, “is this your last order?” Then I pull up to the window, very prompt service, and said thank you. I checked the bag real quick- no one was behind me- and the girl sticks her head out and says “you need to move”. I said, “I was checking my order, no one is behind me”. She started yelling at me and I drove off.

The interior is open with a beautiful new staff that gave me and my boyfriend fast and friendly there was a little bit of a language barrier but that was not a problem as the manager helped me wonderful service once again thank you very much

Last owners were great and cared. When the new owners purchased it, I could of sworn they were buying tenders from a grocery store. After months I tried again and these are the tenders you get for over $13meal. Don't come here.

I asked if I could get white rice & gravy as a side with the 8 pc chicken strips and was told no; SHIFT MANAGER said that it comes with fries. I said ok give me the fries. When I paid & got receipt, it said Cajun fries. I said I don’t want Cajun fries; can I get regular fries. They called shift manager (I guess) over. She said if you could read the board, it says CAJUN FRIES. I asked for my money back and then pay for just the chicken strips. She did that after acting disgusted. Then they started talking in Spanish & laughing. No one ever needs to think I’ll be back. I could have accepted their answers if they weren’t so rude about it.
Service has gotten better, but check your bag before you leave.

Worst Popeyes I have ever been to they never have anything they cut corners anytime after 7pm you go to the drive thru and they tell u to park and still get your order wrong the food is always in inedible condition This place definitely need to be investigated by the health
