I have always loved Rise Up but the new outdoor only setup leaves much to be desired. You can only come to rise up now when the weather is nice. I used to bring my family but now that the indoor location has been closed, we can no longer bring the family if the weather is not perfect. I hope the owners consider opening a physical location in place of the current setup.

No sourcing, variety, process, or any info on the beans they sell. The only info included is “organic” and the roast. We got a medium roast but the beans looked very, very dark and smokey. Coffee had very little flavor and notes. For the price, you’d expect single origin deliciousness but it was not there…

I used to enjoy their coffee smoothies but they’ve gotten to be very inconsistent. Sometimes too sweet ….others like flavored milk and not thick (even when specifying extra thick). Finally found a guy that made them perfect @ the Riverside location so I’d try to go when he was working (the drive is 1+ hours). Stopped in this morning and ordered the usual and requested that he make it. They handed it to me and I knew he hadn’t because it was very sweet so I go inside to order another and the manager had an attitude and said, “I made it…what’s wrong with it?”. Not wanting to complain as it was more caramel than coffee tasting, I said , “ I just prefer his and I’d like to order another one.” I told her I was willing to pay for it & she said, “No…. he doesn’t have time to make it”. It’s sad that you can’t make a simple request without them (a manager, at that) getting an attitude.

We LOVE Rise Up coffee, however we won't return to this location. The new set up is sad! Nowhere to sit in cold weather, we couldn't find bathrooms and our 2 Lattes were lukewarm at best!

Be prepared to wait in the drive-through line for atleast 30 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of you. Terribly slow service. Idk how people come here in the morning before work.

The new layout is a great concept for business but the product lacks. Not exactly specialty but falls in line with chain coffee. The roasted coffee seems fine but the execution/service is where it falls short. Burritos were great though.

Best coffee on Delmarva! The new setup in Easton is a little clunky and less cozy but the coffee is still great and the staff is super friendly. Interested to see how winter orders will work in the new outdoor setup.

I have been coming to Rise Up for over a decade and still love their drinks and food. However, the new setup with the outdoor cubes and drive through has made things unnecessarily difficult when it comes to ordering. The lines get way too long and the staff can’t handle it - no one wants to sit in their car waiting 20 minutes to order their drinks. Not to mention that ordering food to eat in has become far too confusing through their site.

I drive here from DC every two months just to eat delicious bagels. I love this place.

Folks ill keep it brief, get your coffee here!! Well I wont keep it brief!! The food is great, that staff (you wont’t believe it) is great, and the foods even better! If you’re like me and you guzzle hot bean juice directly from a worn down office keurig usually, you’re in for a real treat!!! I had double shot dirty chai and boy I felt like a million bucks, I recommended you come do the same.. with the furnishings and drive through theyre busy, but it’s worth it!

Honestly the upgrade of location isn't much of one, no visible bathrooms, open air which feels like this place won't be open in the cold months. My caramel chai latte tastes like cloves and nothing else, and the large cappuccino with extra espresso has more foam than coffee. My small chai is heavier than the large cappuccino, which doesn't make sense. And this isn't the first time we've gotten skimped out on the coffee. UPDATE: stopped at seven eleven and put a full can of monster coffee energy into the large cappuccino and I only had a swig of the capuchinno. That's FIFTEEN FLUID OUNCES. I'm so angry I will never be coming back to this place again.
