I drive here from DC every two months just to eat delicious bagels. I love this place.

Folks ill keep it brief, get your coffee here!! Well I wont keep it brief!! The food is great, that staff (you wont’t believe it) is great, and the foods even better! If you’re like me and you guzzle hot bean juice directly from a worn down office keurig usually, you’re in for a real treat!!! I had double shot dirty chai and boy I felt like a million bucks, I recommended you come do the same.. with the furnishings and drive through theyre busy, but it’s worth it!

Honestly the upgrade of location isn't much of one, no visible bathrooms, open air which feels like this place won't be open in the cold months. My caramel chai latte tastes like cloves and nothing else, and the large cappuccino with extra espresso has more foam than coffee. My small chai is heavier than the large cappuccino, which doesn't make sense. And this isn't the first time we've gotten skimped out on the coffee. UPDATE: stopped at seven eleven and put a full can of monster coffee energy into the large cappuccino and I only had a swig of the capuchinno. That's FIFTEEN FLUID OUNCES. I'm so angry I will never be coming back to this place again.

Was closed for construction without any notice posted on their website or elsewhere. Kinda annoying.

I really enjoy the coffee and drinks at Rise Up, always good quality. Unfortunately, the rewards/points system is very disappointing. I’ve been collecting points for years, but they never seem to add up to anything worthwhile, even though I buy drinks 1–2 times a week.

On my last visit I asked the clerk what I could get with my points, and was told to check the app. After downloading it, I saw there was a $5 bonus if you preload $25. I added the money, but when I went to use it in-store, the staff couldn’t see the balance. Turns out I needed to download a different app to use the preloaded money.

Very frustrating. The coffee is good, but the points system feels confusing, unhelpful, and basically worthless. I’d love to see them simplify it so loyal customers actually benefit.

I love getting coffee here but I will never attempt to order food here again. My husband and I went to two different windows asking where we ordered the food before someone explained that we still have to order across the street or on the app. Why can’t people order food where the food is being made? I’ll stick to the drive-through for coffee or the Cambridge location.

Why can I not order food in the place they make the food? Needlessly confusing.

Okay coffee but for the time you wait in the drive through (minimum 15 mins) Wawa would have sufficed.

I had a Happy Cow Burrito! Tofu scramble, potatoes, avocado, hot sauce (but you can add and subtract other tasty ingredients and make it your own!) Outside seating is ample and comfortable. Plant-based creamer available. And the best coffee!

This coffee shop was great, the employees were friendly and made my coffee quickly. The store was clean and other customers seemed happy. Most importantly my coffee was great, would definitely recommend! 😀
