Rude staff couldn't even compose a reasonable response to cancelling an order that was going to take 90 minutes to complete. The timeframe simply did not fit into tonight's schedule, but they avoided the inconvenience like the plague. *Advice: Would be advantageous to collect the $$ from the tip jar and hire a customer service trainer to come in to a staff meeting for an hour or so. Thanks.

Horrible gyro with 3 strips of meat, flat soda, and rude server. Was told we are an Italian restaurant.. $3.95 for a soda. Would not adjust the bill even though I politely complained

I buy a pizza at Rusticana EVERY friday so take this review for what its worth. They piss off every customer every single week because they dont accurately estimate when the pizza will be ready. Im being generous - normally an hour after I order I go in then wait and wait and wait. 90 minutes later unapologetically they give you the receipt to add a tip for the great service they provide. Its comical - every friday is the same ladies and its like their first friday ever, every single friday is the same. You tell people when their pizza will be ready and you always under estimate by at least a half hour. The pizza is Easton good, thats what you need to know. Its average at best but its a small market. Tonight though was special - the same lady with dark hair and eyebrows i see every week greeted me when i asked about the pizza. She looked at me and said "its in process" - that was after I told her I had been there and they told me another ten minutes. She shrugged her shoulders. So ,to her who I believe is an owner or stakeholder I say - CUSTOMERS are your lifeblood. I am a weekly customer and your smug response to me after a 90 minute wait is the reason you will not see me again. Wake up!

They cannot get it right and make it cheese pizza Then add the pepperoni and burn it every time! And want to argue that I ordered it that way

Let me start by saying I’m a pizza snob. Grew up in an Italian neighborhood in the Bronx. It’s hard to find a good NY style pizza place. Glad we found Rusticana. The pizza qualify is excellent. A good NY pizza is thin crust, well done, mozzarella is stringing out and the oil is dripping. Rusticana pizza fills all those requirements. Give it a try, I’m sure you would like it.

This is my first time popping in. I had the steak canzone (8.7) and cheese stix and it was absolutely phenomenal. I was offered a frosty mug for my lager and it was definitely on time! During my visit it was an all female crew in the front of the house. Let me tell you, they run a tight ship. I probably annoyed the young lady that took my order by asking so many questions but I'm not sorry 😂 She had an answer for every one btw The joint was clean and friendly for sure
Great place to duck out of beach traffic and grab a cold one and a slice. I will be back. Thats not a threat, its a promise 😆
Ordered a 10 piece boneless wings, and I first asked to have sauce to try and get them soft, because they were well over cooked and not soft chicken for boneless, anyway the waitress took them back to show the cook, never brought them back and still charged me for wings. I expected it removed off bill. I called the next day and it was twisted on me that I should have asked. Really its a business and they knew the product was terrible. Put me on hold and then told me 10 minutes later the owner will call me back. Haven't heard back all day. If not soon, I will be contacting the Consumers affair. Its not the money, its the ridiculous way of treating customers. I've been coming there for 10 years. The parents maybe should have sold the place.

Normally I give 5 stars to them, but tonight I can not.I ordered delivery at 6:10. Med chz pizza, sm garden salad, 2 coke zeroes, carrot cake.I was told 1 hour.Ok, Saturday night,I expected that. It didn't arrive until 8:30!! Pizza cold.I mean cold, salad was fine, cake was fine, sent regular coke instead of coke zero. For years I recommended them to everyone. So disappointed. May rethink recommending them in the future.
