I usually get the chicken piccatta and it's out of this world. But I thought I'd change it up and get the chicken marsala. And the marsala sauce was so bland. It tasted like the chef didn't use any cooking wine to make it. I just wish the chefs were consistent in the way they prepared their dishes. Almost $20 for a bowl of yuck. I was so disappointed. I just dumped the whole dish in the garage disposal. Won't be getting that again.

Spaghetti House deserves all five stars. My boyfriend and I are in Saint Martin on the Dutch side celebrating our anniversary, and this spot completely saved our night. Everything on the beach closed so early, and after a long day we were starving, sweaty, and tired. We found Spaghetti House tucked behind a university and decided to give it a try, and Iâm so glad we did because it was worth every minute of the wait.
Our server, Clara, was fantastic. I asked her what the top three dishes were, and she confidently said, âEverything.â I thought she was joking, but she wasnât lying. Everything we tried was a 10 out of 10. My boyfriend got the lasagna, and it was thick, hearty, and full of flavor. I asked her to make me a shrimp pasta with pink sauce and to make it spicy, and it came out perfect.
The portions were huge, the food was fresh, and the flavors were incredible. For dessert, we shared their homemade Italian ice cream in cookies and cream flavor, and it came in the cutest little presentation.
This place is a hidden gem. The food, service, and atmosphere were all amazing. If youâre ever in Saint Martin, donât miss Spaghetti House. Youâll leave full and happy. Sidenote, try the lemon cello shots

Had a fantastic lunch! Having a lunch menu for the weekdays is quite nice. The soup and salad was delicious. My lunch partner had the build your own Pasta and they enjoyed it as well. We did share the fried calamari and agreed it was an excellent choice. Most important was the service. Diamond was wonderful and attentive. Highly recommend checking this location out for lunch or even dinner.
