Extremely unpleasant experience. Politely asked the barista to remake my coffee because she forgot to add the pumpkin cold foam that I paid extra for. Initially tried to tell me there was cold foam. Which there wasn‘t, (very visibly no cold foam) so I again said I’m sorry but there is not. Barista next to her proceeded to roll her eyes at me. I was taken aback by the blatant attitude but continued to be nice and understanding. Atmosphere was just incredibly uncomfortable after that and the looks and attitude for an order that was mistakenly messed up was ridiculous and unacceptable. Just such an odd reaction to such a simple fix…… very very very rude…. The picture below is the drink they tried to say had cold foam… I mean come on.

Went to this location to purchase a few coffees and some sandwiches for the office this morning, all I had on me was a $100 bill and I’m told they couldn’t break $100….now I don’t know what kind of chain establishment you’re running there, but a business that can’t break $100 after what would have been about a $50 order has zero business being in operation! I’ve been to other locations and have never had an issue break $100 bills at those…. 0/5 ⭐️ would not recommend THIS location!!! Certainly won’t ever get my business nor my offices anymore!

Y’all, can you please familiarize yourself with your own menu. I ordered the new Pecan Oatmilk Crunch Latte and it’s literally stated everyone online that it comes with cold foam etc. When I got a bare latte, I double check to make sure I wasn’t confused. Even the manager said they were paid add ons. Not they’re not. I paid 6.95 in the drive thru and it’s 6.95 in the app with all the “add ons”. You’re complacently making people’s drinks wrong and overcharging them for what they receive.

The service at most Starbucks is usually good. I've stopped at this Starbucks twice and both times the service was excellent, super friendly, helpful, and making sure my drink was exactly what I wanted.

The 5 Stars is for the gal who worked the 10am-ish shift, Tuesday June 24, 2025 and zeros “0” for the dudes who left me standing at the counter without saying a word for almost FIVE minutes. She saw them just look at me & not say anything and rolled her eyes then came to the counter to greet & take my order. Mind you I watched her make 3 drinks, take the drive thru orders & still manage to provide customer service at the counter. Those other 3 dudes could afford to take a lesson in customer service. I’ll be back to take their names because why not.
And don’t give me a lame excuse “oh they didn’t see you” or “they were busy”. No they saw me we made eye contact I actually smiled at them. And no they were NOT too busy to day “hello someone will be with you soon!”
Anyways, thank you to the girl and sorry you have to work with inconsiderate pricks.

My partner and I visited this Starbucks location on Sunday, October 27th, 2024, around 5:20 p.m. We ordered a “grande pumpkin spice and chai latte with oat milk” at the drive-thru. After the employee confirmed the price, we proceeded to the window to pay. However, when we received our order, it was an Iced Pumpkin Creme Chai – not what we had specifically requested.
When we politely mentioned the discrepancy, the barista at the window responded in a surprisingly dismissive manner. She informed us we “should've ordered a chai latte WITH pumpkin spice, not a pumpkin spice chai latte,” implying that we were at fault. As we attempted to clarify, she abruptly cut us off and said, “I'll just remake it for you,” then shut the window in an impatient and rather brusque manner.
When she returned with the corrected drink, she said “Have a nice day” – but her tone was smarmy and condescending, which left us feeling uncomfortable. After we left, I called to address our concerns, hoping to speak with a manager but instead reached the same barista, Marley (spelling?). I shared our experience, only to receive the same insincere “have a nice day” before she immediately hung up.
This encounter felt unusually disrespectful and left us feeling unwelcome. Marley’s behavior was reminiscent of a “Karen” stereotype – someone who exhibits a sense of entitlement and disregard for others, acting as though she’s free to treat people however she chooses. My previous experiences at this Starbuck have been stellar, so this episode was disappointing and far from the norm.
That said, the one redeeming part of the experience was that my “chai latte WITH pumpkin spice” was absolutely delicious. This was enough to give this review two stars instead of one.
