Y’all, can you please familiarize yourself with your own menu. I ordered the new Pecan Oatmilk Crunch Latte and it’s literally stated everyone online that it comes with cold foam etc. When I got a bare latte, I double check to make sure I wasn’t confused. Even the manager said they were paid add ons. Not they’re not. I paid 6.95 in the drive thru and it’s 6.95 in the app with all the “add ons”. You’re complacently making people’s drinks wrong and overcharging...

The service at most Starbucks is usually good. I've stopped at this Starbucks twice and both times the service was excellent, super friendly, helpful, and making sure my drink was exactly what I wanted.

The 5 Stars is for the gal who worked the 10am-ish shift, Tuesday June 24, 2025 and zeros “0” for the dudes who left me standing at the counter without saying a word for almost FIVE minutes. She saw them just look at me & not say anything and rolled her eyes then came to the counter to greet & take my order. Mind you I watched her make 3 drinks, take the drive thru orders & still manage to provide customer service at the counter. Those other 3 dudes could afford...
