Such a disrespectful woman, I ask for napkins because they don give me any and she took a bunch she was cleaning her station with and give me those. Took the order the person behind me and being nasty. “Funny “she was discriminating towards me and my family. She was using a scalpel to put anything out into the food she was serving very disgusting! Never again!

I came in to buy a subway for my son. I did not see the breakfast menu and I asked for it. The black lady came out and said no to me and asked me to go to Dunkin’ or McDonald’s and walked away. It’s a really bad service… she needs to be trained or fired…

I ordered a honey mustard chicken wrap. When the boy serving me started putting it together I asked, what's the brown stuff on there? He replied that it was bbq sauce. I stated, it's a honey mustard chicken wrap, and explained that I get it all the time and it's never had bbq sauce on it at any of the subways I've been to. The boy proceeded to rip the ingredient list off his side of the glass divider and put it toward me pointing at it saying, real slow and rude, it says honey mustard bbq chicken wrap. I said, who are you talking to? Don't talk to me like I'm dumb. Nowhere on the sign up there does it say anything about bbq sauce being on that wrap. He said, well this is the only one we have. I told my Mom we were leaving and I let him know we would not be back. He said, good I won't have to see you again. Bye bye. I replied you're a dick, no one should talk to customers like you do. This boy was a stringy haired white boy, I did not see his name. I have never had a problem at this store before, but I was disappointed that a man I assume was one of the owners' family members, stood there and did not intervene. I will not go back to this store. We left and went to Chick-Fil-A where we got great service.

I received the order 5 minutes ago. It's from your store, but a curvy black lady working there, whose name I don't know, treated me with an arrogant owner's voice and a sarcastic attitude. Employing such poor quality personnel will harm a quality company like yours. I hope you will do what is necessary. Thank you. He should learn to respect people.
