waited literally 30+ minutes for mine and my boyfriends mobile orders while we watched multiple other people who ordered after us receive their orders before we did. if you ever see some 16ish year old boy with long hair working, don’t even waste your time going in, he’ll just mess up your order and make you wait an eternity for it. this place is such a joke, they desperately need a better staff. this happens every single time.

Waited over 20 minutes for a doordash order another 10 minutes for the second doordash order doordash is to be prioritized that's why they doordash why should I have to sit and wait 30 minutes four cars went through the drive-thru no problem but my two orders for doordash sat for over 30 minutes the GM Heather is nasty out the mouth... I held my composure the best I could Taco Bell has been rebuilt but still slower than before I don't advise anyone to eat at the store is slow your food is cold it's ridiculous would love for the district manager to contact me in reference to this customer service in this store is not right! Take and stay off the phone and not stand around with air pods in your ears as a GM!

Please don’t waste your time ordered online sat in drive thru for 26 minutes to get it since they locked the doors to the dinning room! Drinks watered down food terrible save yourself the disparity will be avoiding this establishment in the future! Also just tossed everything in a bag gotta love it
