Awful experience. 6 cars in line and NO ONE got their food at the window. They had every car pull around to the other side of the restaurant and sat there over 20 minutes before we finally had to go in and complain to get our simple order. Other people also had to go in and get their food as well. Juat pathetic. Will never go there again.

My girlfriend and I went to taco bell to get food for the family and we ordered a beefy five layer in one box and a bean rice and cheese burrito in the other box but got a bean rice and cheese burrito in both… at the window the young man didn’t even give us all four drinks. Just two and he closed the window. We had to ask for the other two drinks. Chips were also missing. Taco Bell has seriously gone downhill and as someone who works on the line in a restaurant it appalls me to see the incompetence in some of the workers. The guy who took our order has messed it up many times previously were just so fed up with it and want something to be done. I’m not sure what his name is but he had a bird tattoo on his arm. Again super disappointed in taco bell for this. Having to go back to get the correct food after everything else is cold is ridiculous.

This place should have never been rebuilt, I came in for a late night fix and purchased the meal deal box with 2 tacos and 1 burrito with a Baja blast. It tasted great going down, but that night boy was I wrong. Taco Bell Scorched the insides of my throat and intestinal track as it violently came back up. Ive ate lot of weird food and can usually tolerate a great bit of uncomfortably but whatever was in either that chicken, or beef burrito/taco was the most unpleasant unappealing meal I’ve ever ate. Don’t recommend if you want a balanced meal, let alone a meal you want to be able to eat and not get poisoned by

Walked into a clean and friendly restaurant, put my order in on the kiosk, Tiffany the GM brought my food to my table, asked how we were doing and if we were local or driving through, she went way above in making sure we had a good meal.
