Ordered a slab of ribs to go around 4:30 today, Friday, Jan 30, 2026 - they were either leftover from lunch or the day before because they were tough as leather. We’ve had much better experiences with Rude’s BBQ in the past, but this was a disappointing experience.

If you’re anywhere near Easton and craving legit BBQ, Rude BBQ absolutely delivers.
I went with the BBQ sampler platter, which is the move if it’s your first time. The brisket was tender with a solid smoke ring, the ribs had that perfect pull-off-the-bone bite, and the sausage brought the right amount of snap and seasoning. Every protein held its own — no filler, no shortcuts.
The sides were just as strong. Creamy mac & cheese, classic potato salad, and crispy onion rings that didn’t feel greasy or heavy. Everything came out hot, fresh, and clearly made with intention.
To top it off, I grabbed a spiked coffee, which somehow worked incredibly well with the BBQ — bold, smooth, and a fun twist you don’t see everywhere.
Note: Not a lot of room to sit so don’t bring a big party (6plus) to dine in.

Had the Brisket today and when I tell you!!!!!!!! I'm mad I didn't get more!!!! It was so flavorful, juicy, and seasoned. I took no pictures because it directly went into my belly. Best brisket I have ever had!!!!!

I didn't realize this was more of a carry out resturant. Three tables inside and some outdoor seating. The food was pretty good 👍 they could use more non alcoholic drinks. Water lemonade, tea or coke. Had i done take out possibly 4.5⭐️. Restrooms are clean. Food came out quick and staff was nice. Order at Register and they bring the food out. I wasn't sure if I should take up my own trash or not. We took it to the bus cart but felt like we shouldn't🤷♂️ i may go back one day for take out.
Super friendly staff. Greeted us when we walked in, said goodbye on the way out. Food is really good. We had the Brisket melt and BBQ pork on gluten free bun. The meat was piled high and both sandwiches were excellent. Location is great with sidewalk seating. Very impressed!

Brisket was hoe hum. Kinda like Arby’s. Baked beans came out in a miniature iron skillet and were awesome. But expensive. I won’t be back anytime soon.

Everything was excellent we were not expecting what we got and there smoked ketchup is to die for i have a friend that doesn't like ketchup at all but I had him try that and he bought a bottle of it and he hates ketchup
