I took my Dad to The Stewart for his birthday. It was the fist time for both of us. It truly was an amazing experience. We both got the Umami Old fashioned and it was the best old fashioned we'd ever had. It was soo smooth and delicious. We got the fried olives as an appetizer and they were cooked to perfection. We both got the burger and it was fantastic and full of flavor. Lastly, they surprised my Dad with a chocolate birthday cake for dessert. I can't say enough...
The food and service at The Stewart was excellent as usual. We enjoyed fried oysters, a burger, sushi tuna-avocado roll, and an excellent chicken dish. The bar service was equally wonderful, with some lovely champagne. It was more than a bit noisy on New Year's Eve, but that's to be expected with everyone in a celebratory mood. A great way to end/start the year.
We had an amazing time celebrating my husband's birthday here. Quiet, intimate atmosphere. We are not big scotch drinkers, but the staff welcomed us and was very knowledgeable, it was fun to try some new tastes!
