We had a great dinner set in the cozy wine room. Our waiter was a delight and very attentive. The pasta was incredible! I loved the wine. The appetizers were a real treat especially the baked oysters. Overall, a very, very lovely experience. Thank you!
We had dinner at the Wardroom last night, a Saturday. The noise was deafening, however, the management is working on a plan to reduce this. The initial use of the space was as a small market, which had no need for noise control. The floors are marble, but not very attractive, but they do not plan to cover it with carpet. That is the main reason for the noise level. Hopefully by spring, we will have a quieter space for enjoying their good food.
Dinner for 4 before a show at The Avalon. This was our first time in since the renovation and we were extremely impressed. Our meal and service was top notch. We enjoyed the baked oyster special, and the arancini starters. We shared the branzino for 2 and 2 of the campanelli entrees. Delicious! Highly recommend.
