Found a gem on the way to the beach in Victory Garden. From the great music, to the old church pew seats, terrific service, and delicious food, this restaurant rocks!

Went for the first time on Sunday for brunch and the food was AMAZING! Everyone had the Double Crunch French Toast and I definitely recommend getting it with the cream cheese mousse and berries. It is served with eggs, breakfast meat, and potatoes. It is so much food! There are also great cocktail options, as well as a bloody mary or mimosa bar. We opted for the mimosa bar which is wonderful and offers 6 different juices to mix with the champagne. Our server kept the mimosa glass full the whole time. It is a bit of a wait for the food but it is as expected because it is noted on the menu. It is definitely worth the wait!

We were visiting for a wedding from Texas and this was our third visit to Victory Garden. I talked this place up as I discovered it a year ago and was blown away by the bottomless bloody mary bar as they have a ton of options for creating the perfect bloody mary. The food was also super tasty and creative. This visit was a complete let down! We checked in and were told the wait would be at least 30 minutes. We were ok with that as we felt the food was worth the wait. A spot opened at the bar to accommodate our group so we decided to sit there. The bartender, Mikaela (sp ?) took our order. We became a bit restless once we had reached the 1 hour mark of waiting. Once it was 1.5 hours, I asked Rio (bartender) how much longer for our food. His response was the longest ticket I have had today is 1 hour and 20 minutes. Not impressed by his response I said I know it's not your fault but we have been waiting a long time. He said "as soon as it's ready we will get it to you". As a hospitality professional, I know it is never ok to diminish the guests feelings. All he had to do was apologize and tell us he would check on the order. Our food came out 5 min later. He then came and asked if everything was ok. While the food flavor was good, I was sill feeling frustrated that we had to wait so long. Avocado toast is not worth 1.5 hour wait. At no point in time did Makela tell us the kitchen was backed up or apologize for the long wait. There were several items that were not available including chicken. She said something along the lines of "if someone would go to the store, we would have chicken". I will not go to Victory again as the service was horrible!

Went to victory Café today for brunch and had a terrible experience. The place was busy, but we waited because the food had always been great . We sat at the bar and Mykayla was our server. I ordered a single Bloody Mary and asked if she could make it for me since I was not doing the bottomless bar. She stated that she could but that I would have to give her some time & seemed bothered by my request and went on to say "you really can't mess it up." We then were told when our order was taken that there was no chicken, no oysters and no deviled eggs or crab dip. After placing our order we waited for our food over an hour and a half, not once did any of the staff come and let us know that there was a delay in the kitchen or that they were having any kind of problems. When we asked about our food, Rio seemed bothered & stated that his longest ticket was an hour and a half without apologizing or explaining anything. He then said that when the food was ready he would bring it out. We also noticed that while we were sitting there he (Rio) was drinking what looked like a bloody Mary. So I then paid closer attention and did see him poor Sevdka vodka into his cup to refill it. That was a little disappointing to know that wait staff could not make me a bloody Mary but could make themselves 4 in the period of time that we were sitting there waiting for our food. It's also extremely unprofessional to be drinking on the job. Very disappointed and will not return.

Place was highly recommended so came here for brunch. Waited 45 min to get in...no big deal since was supposedly worth the wait. After waiting 30 min for waitress to ask for our order we were told 1/4 of the menu was not available. All good since we ordered bottomless mimosas. Well we had plenty of time to drink as our food came out an hour and 30 min later....and came out cold. Really?? Ordered french toast with option of extra toppings (additional cost)...which didnt come. Overall service was lacking as they didnt care to acknowledge missing multiple food options, extreme wait and missing toppings. Won't be back.

Hands down one of my favorite establishments! The food is always delicious and the service is great. We frequent this spot for burger nights, wing nights, sunday brunch or any other days in between. It's always a great time and well worth the trip!

My go to spot for brunch or dinner! I will point out the obvious....the service is not the fastest (to be fair the menu states they have a small kitchen-I believe there is 3 people max in there cooking). But, once you get past that the food, and the staff are simply wonderful! My wife and I went for brunch, blown away with the drinks (mimosa, and bloody mary bar), and the food portion is more than enough. Loved it so much we came back to see if dinner was just as good! Same situation, get past the wait (for brunch they bring muffins out while you wait), and the food was out of this world good! You have fans in us Victory Garden, heck I'm thinking of brunching this Saturday!
