First time visiting Weather Gage and the staff was helpful with my questions regarding each pastry. I landed on the November special Duck Confit Croissant, and 2 of the Bombolonis (Yuzu Glazed and Lavender Sugar) and everything was delicious - the donuts were so light and my duck croissant was flaky perfection!

Teas, lattes are divine. All pastries đ„ I have tried so far are fabulous. Ham and cheese croissant, plain croissant, blueberry muffin đ„°. There are no places to sit inside which is unfortunate but donât for get to enjoy the floor, I just love it .
On nice days if not already taken you can grab a chair outside . This has been enjoyable escape from the easton hospital for anyone needing to step out . Also the logo on the cup and bag seem appropriate especially if your in town for the hospital.
Just adding another day . This blew my mind with a duck confit mushroom croissant!!đ€Ż out of this world delicious đ€€ thank you thank you!

Pretty cool place. Very nice, but is not warm and inviting. Only a few stools up by the wall, no real seating. Cold brew was too bitter.
Service is excellent and coffee is delicious. I always stop in everday that I am in Easton.

Weather Gage is one of the most distinctive spots in downtown Easton. Itâs clearâthis is no ordinary coffee shop. Every detail is intentional, from the delightful fresh flower arrangements to the carefully curated pastry displays.
The interior draws from 19th-century nautical motifs, creating an atmosphere that feels both refined and immersiveâI imagine it to be like the inside of a beautifully appointed captainâs quarters at sea. Polished brass accents and a gilt-framed naval battle painting anchor the space in its maritime theme, while an astrolabe-inspired chandelier overhead adds a striking focal point. Pickled oak paneling, marble flooring, and maritime-themed films all work in harmony to carry the motif through without ever feeling forced.
The industryâs top pastry chefsâwhose experience, skill, and artistry I truly admireâcreate a new menu each month that blends the classic with the unexpected. Every pastry and baked good is made fresh daily in Bluepoint Hospitalityâs in-house boulangerie. While popular items often sell out, thereâs always the chance to find your favorite again the next day.
Whether you're stopping in for a La Colombe espresso drink or a cup of Mariage FrĂšres tea, the quality and care in every cup and pastry are unmatched anywhere else on this side of the Chesapeake Bay.
I find myself returning often for their perfect latte and their specialty croissants: raspberry-pistachio, almond, Earl Grey (with pastry cream inside), or the classic pain au chocolatâall consistently flaky, rich, and just sweet enough. The savory scones are another favorite.
The location couldnât be betterâwalkable, charming, and right on one of Eastonâs most beautiful streets, with views of the courthouse and easy access to art galleries, gardens, shops, andâmore importantlyâmy office! A few outdoor tables make it easy to linger over your coffee and soak in the setting. More often than not, youâll spot a familiar faceâwhether they live around the corner or are visiting from farther afield.
I admire the consistent friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Over the years, Iâve received great service from every team member Iâve metâmany of whom grow into other roles within the Bluepoint family.
I wouldnât change a thing about this place.
Weather Gage is one of those rare places that makes Easton feel special. Itâs a gift to have this level of quality, artistry, and hospitality right here on the Shore. Thank you, Mr. Prager, for your vision and for bringing these beautiful spaces to life. A rising tide lifts all boatsâand Weather Gage is certainly part of the high tide.

The atmosphere is definitely the best part of this place. We were in Easton for something else and saw that this place had a high rating.
Staff definitely could use some training on how to treat paying customers. Was unclear as to who was going to help us. One woman behind the counter couldn't be bothered to acknowledge us with even a hello.
The food was also disappointing. I could not even eat the egg breakfast sandwich. Such a terrible texture. Additionally, the scone that we purchased for our child was stale. I know scones should be crunchier in texture but this was extreme.
As for the coffee, better than Starbucks, but that is not saying much. My husband had a fig latte, which tasted exactly like my plain latte.

Excellent coffee, excellent pastries, beautiful shop, excellent decor, music, and movies. But the cups need to change. Iâve been saying this for years. They look nice and feel nice in the hand when empty, but I have never had one last more than a minute. They start leaking and disintegrating as soon as any liquid goes above the rim. Then Iâm burnt, my hand is covered in black papier mĂąchĂ© residue, and my clothing has calico cut coffee stains all over it. Someone needs to inform the owner.

If you want good coffee while exploring downtown Easton, walk into Weather Gage, a small cafe that sells pastries and a full coffee menu. My small hazelnut latte was not too sweet and tasted great. It was the best coffee I've had in the area!

beautiful, high quality, great pastries
Long time fan, here, but in my opinion, the staff here needs some retraining. Letâs start with issuing a greeting upon a customer entering. If an overt smile cannot be mustered, perhaps a slight upturn at the corners of oneâs mouth would be a starting point? The pastries and treats are perfection, as always (thankfully!) but the preparation of the coffee drinks (cappuccinos today) needs a review, specifically the coffee:milk ratios and coffee extraction timing. When Weather Gage first opened the capps were also perfection but theyâve since wandered toward latte. All-in-all, I still love you, Weather Gage, but please tighten up the details.
