A review long overdue. This awesome spot has the most delectable pastries in town. The croissants are a must-try, with their buttery and flaky layers perfectly paired with a warm cup of tea or coffee. Their tea selection is Mariage Frères which is a plus for me.

The finest coffee this side of NYC! Not to mention the pastries! Absolutely the best this side of Cambridge. I say that because Cambridge has the downtown “Black Water Bakery”, a marvelous cafe’ and lunch place; while out on Rt. 50 , just east of Cambridge, you have the “Bay Country Shop”.So, I would suggest for you travelers to the beaches, to stop off, first, and enjoy the quaintness of downtown Easton (thank you, Mr.Prager) and enjoy your pastry and delicious coffee...

Two private chefs/estate managers moved to this beautiful little town which usually means build quality can vary widely. Coffee ☕ can be just like that and I will follow this review with an example.Weather Gage has great coffee, rich, full flavored. My wife and I have had a nice sampling of their drink and snack menu.
