Bubbakoo's Burritos

despite what patrick said below I have personally seen all the staff frequently changing out their gloves.... and they wear gloves while rolling the burritos so i highly doubt anyone touched your burrito with bare hands. at least she tried to correct the problem. some of you guys expect way to much from a QSR ( quick service restaurant) i know personally the staff goes above and beyond for absolute perfect customer service the food is bomb and also their hot table has burned a fuse causing some slight issues with wait time during dinner rushes but i could see they were also slammed with online orders but despite the technical difficulties I think everyone should give this place a chance. its friendly super clean and awesome unique food!

I will NEVER be back. This place is soooooo slowwww. Waited 35 minutes for a burrito with only one person in front of me. I don’t know if employees are just clueless or have no training but they seemed extremely lost- couldn’t find ingredients, not sure how to make any of the items on their menu, nothing ready. People going back and forth from register to making food (after handling money, gross! Take a lesson from chipotle, keep one person on register, it makes it go faster too.) Then they tried 3 times to fold my burrito and couldn’t so started scraping some off with her hand, also gross! I get that this place just opened, but I have never seen a staff look so lost and utterly disorganized.

Went here last night for dinner, first time. Despite having kitchen electrical issues, the staff was hustling to keep up for a busier dinner rush. Food was great, very similar to Chipotle or Qdoba with a twist. It is difficult to make Mexican unique, Bubbakoo's takes a unique twist with first the presentation, Quesaburritus, and the introduction of Chinese flavors. Definitely going back again just to try the different varieties!

Unique flavors and good quality. The pulled chicken is delicious. A must try!

First time visiting- food was good, order was incorrect the first time but quickly resolved. Pretty disappointed as I brought my 2 year old and realized that the tv playing behind me was a Justin Bieber music video and had half naked women and guns. We had to quickly leave as this is highly inappropriate to have showing in a restaurant. I told the manager immediately but he seemed unconcerned and did not change it. Won’t be returning.

I’ve been twice so far and my mom twice also and if I could add more gold stars I’d give them 20🤌🏽 service is excellent, the employees are actually working unlike other food spots, the food is very good, nothing out of place and the food place itself is clean and the employees are very welcoming and nice, definitely told everyone I know about this place!

I came here today with my friend to get a burrito for dinner, and oh my GOSH was it amazing. They welcome you as soon as you walk in, The chicken and beans were fresh and delicious. There are many options from burritos to quesadillas. Absolute perfect service from everyone there, including Val. He was working the register, and was very friendly, and even asked me if i would like a drink or some chips. This customer service is the best i've ever had out of every place ever. I will definitely visit again.

Fantastic experience at Bubako Burritos!

I highly recommend visiting this location - the experience is truly worth it. From the moment you step in, you can feel the energy and care in every detail. The staff are welcoming and attentive, making sure your order is prepared perfectly. What really stood out was how clean the store is, even during busy hours.
