despite what patrick said below I have personally seen all the staff frequently changing out their gloves.... and they wear gloves while rolling the burritos so i highly doubt anyone touched your burrito with bare hands. at least she tried to correct the problem. some of you guys expect way to much from a QSR ( quick service restaurant) i know personally the staff goes above and beyond for absolute perfect customer service the food is bomb and also their hot table has burned...
Went here last night for dinner, first time. Despite having kitchen electrical issues, the staff was hustling to keep up for a busier dinner rush. Food was great, very similar to Chipotle or Qdoba with a twist. It is difficult to make Mexican unique, Bubbakoo's takes a unique twist with first the presentation, Quesaburritus, and the introduction of Chinese flavors. Definitely going back again just to try the different varieties!
I’ve been twice so far and my mom twice also and if I could add more gold stars I’d give them 20🤌🏽 service is excellent, the employees are actually working unlike other food spots, the food is very good, nothing out of place and the food place itself is clean and the employees are very welcoming and nice, definitely told everyone I know about this place!
