Clean staff clean store good atmosphere good customer service. Only reason why it wasn't five stars all the way around is because I still have a hard time with paying $6 for roughly a third of a chicken breast. Other then that 🇺🇲

Since the remodel, I have been there three times. Each time either they give me the wrong order or the food is bad. I don’t understand how they have 10 people at the counter and put the wrong food in the bag. It’s an issue because of food allergies so I can’t just eat whatever they happen to give me. You guys need to do better, three years ago that crew never made mistakes… maybe they are all like this now?

Food is always hot, however the drive thru is a mess. Very unorganized in serving the drive thru customers.

Was not busy so I chose dine in. I stopped going for a while.. seemed food was sloppily put together and had browns were usually cold. I wanted to give them another shot . My B/E/C biscuit was so fresh.. looked beautiful ..hash browns were hot and the iced tea is always yummy ..two thumbs up. I'll definitely go back!!

Just to share went to chic fila veterans day with two vietnam veterans buddies asked if they did free sandwhich was informed by manager they dont honor veterans day but some other chic fila stores do, green turtle said order anything off the menu on us, thanks green turtle and we made up with the tip

Disappointed they removed the self serve beverage station during their recent remodel. The dining area lost space as well so seating can be difficult to find when they are really busy.

Parking: Parking lot is tight and broken up into multiple small areas on the sides and back of restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: They have an indoor kids play area.

I ordered an 8 piece meal with a large fry, and my fry was filled to the brim with crumbs. I didn’t notice until i got home. Chick fil a in edgewater has never done this, I was really looking forward to my meal. I feel that if I pay $16, I deserve to receive a proper portion of fries.
