I had a large order, they were very efficient. First time ever my order was missing items. Not worth driving back to get fries, the kids were disappointed. As a whole, we love this place, love the playground.

I get 3 scrambled eggs and a sausage pattie with a small tea every morning in crofton location. Full bowl! Today in Edgewater same order. @ $8 + looked like one egg and paid for 3+ . Will not return

This location needs some training on the customer service. They seem to have a lot of attitudes.

I usually love the spicy southwest salad but this was the absolute worst one have ever had. The salad was soggy and unappetizing. I’m very disappointed.

Employees do not know the difference between a dipping sauce and a salad dressing. Order a salad every time I come and am given one tiny nugget ranch dipping sauce instead of a packet of ranch dressing every single time. Its a salad, yall. Figure it out.

Sad to say this location does not honor Veterans on Veterans Day. I inquire about a discount on 11/18 and was told NO. I served 14 years in the Navy , enlisted E4...I receive nothing for my service..served in the middle east , Operation Northern Watch, Iraq, etc. I guess the business thinks all service members are rich officers in the Edgewater area. I have spent alot of money throughout the years at this fast food joint..sad that they don't care veterans.

What has happened to this place??? My order is wrong every single time I go. The line is slower than molasses. They walk your food out to you; however, you are still stuck in the super long drive-through lane because of the mobile ordering lane. I’d rather wait and get my shit correct.

For reference all I ordered was a class of number 1 nothing special or different. Bec, no offense but getting egg whites and American cheese is criminal behavior 🤢

Store is nearly always very clean....food taste the same no matter what location..can be kinda noisey inside since a remodel a while back..there are alot of employes that will not even acknoledge you as they walk by to see if you were helped and will just talk with an employee about things you here personal and not work related...does get frusterateing but the store for the most part functions well for the volume

I hate the mobile order it takes way to long to get food when I see regular order at speaker get food faster then mobile is wild to me
