This is a good example of the chain with good service. It can get busy during peak dining hours.

Was not busy so I chose dine in. I stopped going for a while.. seemed food was sloppily put together and had browns were usually cold. I wanted to give them another shot . My B/E/C biscuit was so fresh.. looked beautiful ..hash browns were hot and the iced tea is always yummy ..two thumbs up. I'll definitely go back!!

Just to share went to chic fila veterans day with two vietnam veterans buddies asked if they did free sandwhich was informed by manager they dont honor veterans day but some other chic fila stores do, green turtle said order anything off the menu on us, thanks green turtle and we made up with the tip

Disappointed they removed the self serve beverage station during their recent remodel. The dining area lost space as well so seating can be difficult to find when they are really busy.
Parking: Parking lot is tight and broken up into multiple small areas on the sides and back of restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: They have an indoor kids play area.

I ordered an 8 piece meal with a large fry, and my fry was filled to the brim with crumbs. I didn’t notice until i got home. Chick fil a in edgewater has never done this, I was really looking forward to my meal. I feel that if I pay $16, I deserve to receive a proper portion of fries.

These guys truly go above and beyond. We ran out of gas in the drive through, and not only did they come out to help push our truck out of the way, but gave us enough gas they had on hand to get to a gas station. So helpful and kind, not to mention great food and service. Will certainly be back!

Horrible experience at the drive-through last evening. Not a single person working the drive, the person taking orders through the speaker could not hear (myself and the three orders in front of me had to repeat orders many times), limited staff taking orders to cars. All in all it seems like you are pushing people to move to the app to reduce your workforce, replace people with technology. Just a bad business model for your customers, who should be the main priority of a service business.
Staff were really friendly and efficient taking orders at the drive through. Food was really really nice. Thank you!

I have had to update my review post-renovations. There is an unacceptable level of mistakes being made since reopening. In my meal tonight alone, they gave us 1) the wrong dressing for a salad 2) nearly a dozen incorrect sauce packets 3) they forgot to add in the salad toppings for both salads 4) we got no straws for 4 drinks 5) one drink was the wrong size (ordered large got medium) 6) ordered Splenda was not included for an unsweet tea and 7) the chicken breast was not cut for the salad.
In past weeks we have been shorted fries, we have ordered extra chicken for a salad that was not included, and have been shorted other items.
It's an unacceptable level of errors and have us questioning whether we need to end our weekly meal.
