Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is my third time ordering delivery from chipotle. And I think it’s going to be my last. I love lettuce I love veggies so I always ask for extra on my bowls. This is what I just received right now 5 shreds of lettuce and barely any rice. I understand taking advantage of someone’s food when they are not in front of you, but this is ridiculous. How is it fair to pay $35 after delivery charges for this?

Chipotle is not inexpensive. But you get what you pay for - A LOT of incredibly tasty, good quality food. Just can't beat it.

Staff closed up the grill an hour before closing and told me there was no chicken.
Wrote to GM was told they did have chicken and made it seem like I misunderstood.
They also told 3 other customers before me and made them get something else. I've worked in the restaurant industry - I know the game.

My pickup order was 10 minutes late. I payed for double steak and I asked for extra rice cheese and lettuce. My bowl was about halfway full when I got it. Very unpleased.

I love this chipotle. The staff is friendly and it’s always exactly what I expect. Delicious.!

Literally do not come here. I have been to this chipotle countless times, and the service only gets worse. Tonight was my final straw. I came in at 10:15, I usually wouldn’t go in that late but it was still nearly an hour before they closed and I knew I’d be quick. I walked in, they practically have everything put away and are actively shutting down the prep area. I understand if you want to get ahead on cleaning duties, but when you still have nearly an hour of service left you should keep some things out for people who just want to get dinner. One of the workers was talking to another lady, seemingly who he knew, and he didn’t even look at me as I stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge me. Another worker came up front from the kitchen and by the look on her face she was not happy to see i was standing there. She asked me what I wanted and I said a bowl, white rice no beans etc. I had to awkwardly walk around the woman standing in the line area talking to the worker to finish ordering my bowl. She was tossing ingredients in without looking, quite literally slopped my sour cream in the bowl without looking down and it got all over the side of the bowl. She rang me up and I left without a single worker saying anything else to me, just sneering as I walked out the door. I’m so irritated that I'm writing this review, and I have never written a review in my life. Don’t come here if you want to be treated with human decency, because they simply don’t have it and it’s embarrassing.

5/15/2025 my cousin and I come in . Spanish guy in front of us get a full bowl .. it now our turn to order we get very little rice almost no meat felt rushed wasn’t asked we we’d like to add to our bowls .. This is by far worst time I have ever ate here

Went in tonight at around 7:50. They close at 11 PM. A lady made an announcement that they were out of chips for the night, cool whatever no big deal. I got up to the order station and they were out of honey chicken for the night as well as white rice. They’re open for three more hours, I don’t understand how you can be out of staple ingredients, let alone make an announcement that you’re out of chips and not chicken and white rice. This seems to be a common occurrence for the weeknight evening crew. I left.
