if I could rate zero it would be a zero service sucks nobody speaks English and the portions are ridiculous. Ask for double meat and I got nothing asked for double veggies and got barely a single it’s like there’s a shortage of veggies and meat in this world. Just trust me save your money and take you family to a real restaurant or spend it at the grocery store it’s just not worth it anymore use to love chipotle.

The employees here are rude they don’t listen to you when you tell them what you want and have this rude look that they give you. If they don’t like there job they don’t have to work there. But you need to have some decency and respect

Just like every other Chipotle you know what you want when you come here and they give it to you in bulk.

Chipotle used to be my favorite to go restaurant, not just they Increased their price by 40% (I understand inflation) but also they drastically reduce their quality and food portion by 60% that's when it worries me.
Also, my cousin, who serves in the military, worked there for a few months and told me they don't treat employees nice at all.
That's when I was like, f this.

I've had multiple bad experiences at this Chipotle so it's time to write a review. Please note, this location is still better than the location at the mall in Parole.

That being said, I'll explain the poor rating. Chipotle offers cilantro free rice but they keep it in the back of the store. When you ask for it, the staff acts annoyed because it is frankly annoying to have to leave your station to go to the kitchen. Going to the back of the store holds up the whole line so customers get confused/annoyed too.

My solution is to place my order online once I arrive at the store. Then I immediately go up to the to-go counter and ask for rice with no cilantro. The staff always makes the accommodation and I then tip well and wait patiently. Unfortunately, corporate does not offer cilantro free rice as an option when you order online. So you have to go to the to-go counter and speak to the employees. I did that this time and the two staff members working the to-go counter said "sure, no problem".

10 minutes later they made the order with cilantro by mistake. They then remade the order and gave me hardly any protein or rice. I paid for extra protein and also asked for extra rice. This was a $22 bowl and it looked so empty. The whole experience was laughably bad. I don't really blame the employees. It's obvious that this is a system flaw that corporate doesn't care to fix.

The overall experience is pretty positive food for the most part is fresh they every now and then slip some and you get stuff that could constitute as less than adequate and doesn't fully live up to the freshness label. Is it still edible for sure but when you have freshness labeled all over the place and that's what you tip your hat on it's just a disappointment is all. Plus a couple of times on different occasions they have let off items that I paid for. But over all it's not bad it could be a lot worse and I've been in those situations.

Chipotle (in general) isn't as good as it used to be. However, this location is one of the absolute worst that I've ever seen. The tables, drink/utensil station is hardly ever clean. The food prep area is equally as unsanitary. The workers can be hit or miss. Some are rude and others are nice. I ordered a chicken bowl. Sometimes the rice has bay leaves in it. Instead of using a utensil, the worker stuck her fingers in my bowl of rice to pull the leaf out. I asked for a fresh bowl of rice. The worker got mad and started speaking in Spanish. I guess she was talking about me to her coworkers. Just an overall mess.

Ordered delivery and both the chicken & tortillas were missing from all 3 entrees. Incredibly difficult to get in touch with anyone to get a refund. After multiple attempts to seek a resolution or re-delivery, the best they could do was a partial refund.

This Chipotle seems to only service online orders. In person orders are given no priority and have limited options. Our server talked to her coworkers rather service us.

The employees were just messing around the entire time and being so rude. Also one whole bar of food was completely broken down so had to go by memory for toppings and since when is not even a half spoon full of chicken a normal portion. For $50 it was a total rip off i literally could’ve got a better experience at a McDonald’s. This will be my last visit to ANY chipotle. Please leave so I can have a better establishment in the area. Thank you

Kid-friendliness: They are so rude and just mess around I would not recommend for kids at all

The biggest problem with this chipotle is that it’s always a disgusting mess if you dine in. The napkins, and sweeteners are often strewn around near the soda fountains. The tables near the windows are often covered in people’s dropped food. The trash cans are often filled to the brim and over flowing.

I get that it’s difficult to clean up with so many guests coming and going but I’ve about had it.

Lastly, there is one guy who works there if I ask for a tiny amount of something he’ll take it way too literally and it’s really annoying. Albeit a joke, if I want a small about of rice don’t give me 4 grains. I get it’s not a specific ask, and I’m not asking for precision, but be real. I just want to get my food, eat and get out.

The overall taste of the place is about average for a chipotle.
