The rice was hard. The cheese was disgusting. The staff needs training on their attitudes. The restaurant was absolutely dirty and disgusting. The worst chipotle I’ve ever been to.

On the afternoon of 4/21/24 @5:30 the heavier set Hispanic chick with the clear framed glasses had the most disgusting attitude with me and my child. My son was ordering what he wanted, and she kept shutting the lid after everything he asked for. When I told them he WAS NOT done, he wanted a few more things, she disgustingly rolled her eyes and opened the bowl back up whilst huffing and puffing under her breath. If she's sooo angry to work at Chipotle, maybe inquire for a different job? Or get a career... It's not our fault you work there for $14 (hr). Loser.

This location has become notoriously annoying to get quality product from any longer. Online orders are always wrong and ordering in has become a nightmare as well. The half portion size every ingredient! The prices they charge and the size of this organization; they should try to take care of their customers better!

DO NOT go to this chipotle. The service and portion size has gotten worse and worse.We went today I asked for double chicken the guy gives two of the smallest scoops I have ever seen. I asked for more and he said that is two scoops and wanted to charge me more. I got home and weighed the protein and it was 4.7 ounces which is barely the supposed one scoop of protein it should be. Called to complain they refused to offer us a refund. Instead there idea of customer service is providing us with an option that forces us to go back within 30 days. This is not our first bad experience here every time it gets worse. It finally has gotten to the point we felt obligated to post a reviewTo the comment below we already reached out to that site for also another terribleCustomer service experience. Your business practices and customer service borderline on unethical.Here we go again. We used our buy one get one get they offered as a resolution from last time. And to no ones surprise we received even less this time. We both ordered double chicken both said at the restaurant that’s not double chicken but they refused to give us more without charging us. Got home and weighed it 4oz and thats including the peppers and lettuce I didn’t feel like digging out on scale.

We live in Annapolis, but choose to go to the edgewater location due to the one in the mall being so bad. The edgewater location is now just as bad if not worse. I usually never leave reviews, but my recent trip has forced me to do so. I went yesterday and ordered double chicken, the portion size was so small that I felt obligated to weigh it when I got home. A double scoop of chicken weighed 4.6 ounces, which is what one scoop is supposed to weigh. I contacted the customer service account and all they did was tell me they spoke with the location and will try and do better next time. There was also a huge box of oil sitting where the customer line is to order your food that the employees were unaware of until I informed them. Terrible location, terrible customer service, and also dirty inside.

They put very little rice and everything in the bowl. It was half full and the attitude from the workers was very rude and mocking. The management is terrible as they don't teach their workers how to have good service. Definitely will never come here again and if they haven’t done that to you yet they will soon.

The two Spanish ladies were so extremely rude and kept showing so much attitude. On top of that they barely put any food in the bowl. There was even a full scoop of rice. Never coming here again and the management certainly doesn't do anything because I've seen many other reviews saying the same thing but still they haven't changed.
