After an hour of waiting for food we paid for they cancelled the order. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told the manager doesn’t speak English. I’m sorry but thats absurd in an English speaking country and in a customer facing role. They blamed a 3rd party when I literally ordered directly from the 5 Guy website. I’ve received no refund or the food I ordered. Nice!

We specifically come to this location because of the staff and effort they put into making our experience exceptional. Ana M is always so friendly greeting us with a heartfelt smile and delivering incredible customer service every time we come. She remembers how we like our food and never disappoints! She would be a great manager if she isn’t one already.The rest of the staff is super friendly and awesome too! The food comes out perfectly and never has let us down!
Five guys never fails to deliver a satisfying lung to me with plenty of fries. Their milk shakes are very good as well. They do not offer freshly brewed ice tea and I am usually not a fan of tea from a drink fountain. That said their fountain tea is usually adequate with several flavors available to mix. The restrooms are well maintained.
