First time visit. Plenty of parking. The entrance is around the side of the building. Great atmosphere despite being a little noisy. The staff are friendly and attentive. The waiter was great and food came out pretty quick. The prime rib in The Dip was superb. The shrimp tacos were authentuc and on point. The crab cake sandwich looked awesome. Will have to try that next time. The prices are on par with the quality of food. I would definitely try it again.

We made early reservations for our anniversary. We didn't realize that they didn't serve dinner until 5p. (Yes, we are early dinner people!!) Our server was lovely and the chef I think could tell something was off. He approached our table and asked if everything was ok. He congratulated us on our anniversary and made us a special DELICIOUS dinner. Everyone was amazing and the food was phenomenal. There were only a few people in the restaurant at that time so we definitely felt catered too. Can't wait to come back and try everything on the menu! Thank you for making our anniversary so special!!!!!

Ordered the muscles in a white wine garlic sauce but it came out in a red sauce. It was good enough but the order should match the menu description. The stuffed flounder and the short ribs were very good. Drinks were ok, nice atmosphere.

Josh e was a great server of the great wagu burger !!
What an incredible dining experience. The water views create the perfect setting and the food is simply amazing! The owner / chef helped us select a few tasty dishes including the Wagyu Ribeye (cooked to perfection) and the Tuna Tower ... finished with a desert special of chocolate tart in a heavenly smoky dome. We randomly stumbled upon this restaurant while googling a nice new spot to try. My 4 year old daughter loves to cook, and she met the chef while he was graciously walking through the restaurant to check on his patrons and chat. She was so tickled. He was so very generous and chatted with my family for quite some time. The food was INCREDIBLE! And the drinks so delicious! All of the staff were professional and welcoming, the atmosphere was nice and quiet. The attire of the staff was so fun - they wore boat captain uniforms. All in all a fantastic place. I can’t wait to go back!

We got to the restaurant early so we sat at the bar for a cocktail and appetizer. I had a prickly pear margarita and it was amazing. The bartender was very friendly and accommodating. When we were ready to order our meal, We moved over to the dining area. I had the stuffed flounder my husband had the wild mushroom gnocchi with added chicken. We also had the beet salad on the side. It was a perfect dinner. Josh, who was our server was very attentive and professional. Thank you for a great dinner.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would
First, let me start by giving a huge shoutout to the gas station attendant, Josh, who went above and beyond to help us secure our boat during a massive thunderstorm. His assistance ensured our safety, and he kindly recommended we head into Harper’s for a drink while waiting out the storm.
We arrived at Harper’s around 2:40 pm, seeking shelter. Despite the dangerous weather conditions with lightning, thunder, and heavy rain, we were told it was last call, and the restaurant would be closing at 3:00 pm. The woman at the hostess stand was adamant that we leave and stand outside. This forced us, along with several others, to seek shelter under their deck downstairs while diners inside finished their brunch.
By 4:00 pm, after the storm had passed, we watched patrons leave the restaurant and head to their cars, having waited out the storm inside. On a human level, the hostess’s actions were utterly heartless. On a business level, she cost the restaurant hundreds of dollars. A little compassion and allowing us to stay inside could have led to numerous drink purchases from grateful customers.
In summary, while Josh’s kindness stood out, the treatment we received from the hostess during such a severe storm was unacceptable. Harper’s missed an opportunity to show basic human decency and to gain loyal customers. Suffice it to say, we will never return.
The food was beautifully executed and tasty. The front of house service was friendly and helpful but perhaps need some training. There was some confusion with tables and plates, drinks. For a seafood restaurant on the water I was shocked to hear they ran out of tartar sauce.
