I left Senor Chile(Horrible service/Salty food) which is a minute drive away from here because the food was awful. This place is a family Resturant. The server Stephanie was awesome. I got to meet the chef Jose, he was very welcoming and friendly. His food…… please don’t get me started. I ordered the same food I order across county to see who makes the best ( Chimichangas) a true Hispanic will make your taste buds sing, and boy oh boy Jose got my mouth singing. For the day I’m having today, he made it amazing. Thank you Jose and Stephanie for making me the best lunch I’ve had so far in Maryland.

The nachos were perfectly crisp, layered with the freshest ingredients. The shrimp ceviche sparkled with brightness, refreshing and full of life. And the burrito — tender chicken wrapped in a warm, soft tortilla, seasoned with spices and love — was simply unforgettable.
Though my Spanish is limited, aunque no hablo español muy bien, the staff welcomed me with patience, warmth, and true kindness. Me escucharon, me entendieron, y me animaron a practicar. At Hispa, language isn’t a barrier — it’s a bridge built with heart.
The food, the people, the spirit — everything made me feel at home.

Our experience at HispaRestaurant Edgewater was excellent!!! We returned to our country for a moment with such excellent food! The customer service is very good, the flavor and seasoning of the food is exquisite! We thank and want to congratulate the team of chefs who make such delicious recipes! and the team in general!
