Today at Hispa Restaurant, I didn’t just have a meal — I experienced a celebration of culture, flavor, and heart.

The nachos were perfectly crisp, layered with the freshest ingredients.
The shrimp ceviche sparkled with brightness, refreshing and full of life.
And the burrito — tender chicken wrapped in a warm, soft tortilla, seasoned with spices and love — was simply unforgettable.

I LOVE this place! I am originally from New York City where it is common to find cute places like this that are family-run and cooking authentic food! I miss Salvadoran, Colombian, Dominican, etc etc etc being steps from my home. I stumbled upon this place while looking for somewhere to eat and kill time while my car was detailed half a block away. That was over a year ago and I KEEP coming back. The shrimp entomates, the sangria, the chicharrones, the sopa de mariscos! Today...
