I noticed they had a free hero's breakfast for veterans, it looked great, so I paid for mine. When I got mine, it looked nothing like the guy that was next to me! He was a veteran and his plate looked wonderful that's why I ordered one, his pancakes were full of blueberries,whipped cream and strawberries. Mine did not! I thought maybe it's because he's a veteran! But on the other hand,I paid for mine and I should have got the same! Very disappointed!!!!
Our server was not very good. We had to ask for napkins, we never received our requested water, she brought the hot tea with the lemon, forgot his coffee which came later, she was rushed....

The staff was amazing, as were the pancakes, but the steak was almost inedible. Not sure why we would get a steak at IHOP, but mistakes were made and lessons were learned. Next time we'll stick with the pancakes and eggs. Definitely plan on returning though
