I noticed they had a free hero's breakfast for veterans, it looked great, so I paid for mine. When I got mine, it looked nothing like the guy that was next to me! He was a veteran and his plate looked wonderful that's why I ordered one, his pancakes were full of blueberries,whipped cream and strawberries. Mine did not! I thought maybe it's because he's a veteran! But on the other hand,I paid for mine and I should have got the same! Very disappointed!!!!

Our server was not very good. We had to ask for napkins, we never received our requested water, she brought the hot tea with the lemon, forgot his coffee which came later, she was rushed....

The staff was amazing, as were the pancakes, but the steak was almost inedible. Not sure why we would get a steak at IHOP, but mistakes were made and lessons were learned. Next time we'll stick with the pancakes and eggs. Definitely plan on returning though

I was blown away by the exceptional service at this restaurant, so much so that I made the decision to drive 40 minutes from my house to dine here because the locations closer to me are terrible. I can confidently say that I will be returning in the future. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, the staff was friendly, and the food was delicious.
We had a great dining experience at the Edgewater IHOP restaurant. Our group of 10 was courteously accommodated. Our server was quick and helpful, but not overly friendly. Our food arrived in a timely manner and everyone was very happy with their meals. I would definitely recommend this IHOP for a group dining stop.
