Hey Jersey Mike’s! Where is the meat???? Extremely disappointed that spent over $18 on this sub. It tasted fine but the bread to meat ratio was poor. I’ll go to Wawa next time.

I ordered 3 subs. 2 steak and cheese extra cheese and extra mushrooms. Small subs not the large. Didn’t see any mushrooms or cheese. The steak was extremely dry and hard. The total bill was $65.20 Food was horrible and the price I paid for this is a horrible deal. I am writing corporate. I want to be reimbursed for such lousy food. Soo much for Jersey mikes. I’ll never go there again. This was location of Edgewater. Unbelievable. I’m very tired of paying a hefty price for food an DC can’t even eat it. I fed my dog with the steak. Extremely disappointed.

Usually I would give them 4 stars, but I just recently was upset with my catering order. I placed and paid for the order two days before pickup. I ordered the SUBSBYBOX, 12 subs. When my sister arrived at the correct pick up time. The order was not ready. She of course had to wait for the order to be made. Which made her and food late to the party.

Everyone was positive and upbeat. Brand new store, the gentleman training was phenomenal! The rest of the team although learning are obviously being trained well. So pleased to have them as a lunch option

Couldn’t get an order correct if they tried. Not only was half the order missing, they managed to make the other half incorrectly and include ingredients the jeopardized an allergy concern.

Very disappointing experience today- we won't be back. Jersey Mike's needs to revise the way they manage online ordering and prioritize customers who order at the restaurant. Despite no line, it look 20 minutes for us to get a #7 Turkey and Cheese. The staff made 7 sandwiches for online orders right in front of us without even acknowledging the delay or explaining the process. If this is truly the order Jersey Mike's operates, it's a shame. I hope they revise procedures to make it a better customer experience.
