I normally don't have issues at this location but today was so annoying. They get my big Mac order wrong the first time (I asked for no lettuce, no onion, extra Mac sauce, I received a big Mac with less sauce then a normal big Mac, with absolutely nothing else on it) not really a big deal by itself , we asked them to fix it, and they then gave me a big Mac covered in so much sauce it was like drinking the sauce straight in some spots. It was so much sauce that it was quite obviously done to be petty. If you work in fast food, there's gonna be errors, don't be petty and just fix the mistake, don't make my food near inedible bc I had the audacity to ask for my proper order

This is just a MacDonald's, but it is a good one. Employees are generally responsive. The inside was clean and tge drive through service was fast. They get the orders right 'most' of the time. Little known fact us they ice at the drive through.

Best & fastest drive thru McDonald around! Can be in/out in less than like 3 mins in the mornings. Mind blowing service. Other McDonalds need to learn for that morning crew cause they dont mess around!

I came through the drive-thru around 2am, and I have to say, Stevie completely made my night. From the moment she spoke through the speaker, I could hear the smile in her voice. She was full of energy, upbeat, and incredibly kind—something you don’t always expect at that hour.
Her attitude was refreshing, and it genuinely felt like she cared about giving every customer a great experience. In a world where good customer service can be hard to find, Stevie stands out in the best way. McDonald’s is lucky to have someone who brings such positivity, even in the middle of the night. Give that woman a raise!

I placed a mobile order on 7/16 and when I got home the hamburger was missing from the happy meal box. I called the restaurant to let them know and the man answered “hello” like he just woke up. I explained my burger was missing and he hung up on me. I called back a second time and explained what happened again and the man didn’t say anything but stayed on the line. I could hear the background noise. I said hello and he hung up on me again. I called a third time on my way back to the store. They did not answer. I drove back to the store and went back through the drive through and explained what happened. I pulled around and waited and a light skin woman peeked around the window, laughed while looking at me and covered her mouth as if to hide the fact she was laughing at me. Girl… you were too old to be acting like a teenager and laughing because your coworkers messed up.
Fries were not fresh.
A month ago they gave the car in front of me MY order and then when I pointed it out and they had to remake my order it was missing items and I had to go back.
Get it together! Managers should have employees checking orders before handing them out. I’ll be driving further to the Annapolis location because I never have issues there and the food is always fresh.

Please explain to me why anyone felt it was ok to serve a big mac that the customer had to assemble themselves!?

I sat in line for 10 minutes to get a sweet tea and when I drove off with it, there was no sugar in it and no ice so I got back in line for another 10 minutes to return it. And they find there’s no sweet tea in the entire McDonald’s. I asked for a refund and spent another 10 minutes at McDonald’s and I’m leaving with nothing. It is a shame that I will have to drive to Annapolis to get something from McDonald’s from now on. I’ve been here this week to get coffee in the morning and it’s the same issue. The drinks are not coming out the window. They should be coming out first. Whoever is in charge of this group is not doing their job. So now I have to drive to Annapolis, thank you so much McDonald’s!!!!

It says it’s open 24 hours I came at 7:58am on Dec 16th and they closed no one to see I did an online pick up and it went through lost of my money.
