Not only was the place cluttered with trash, the staff was cursing in the play area, the manager did nothing when addressed, and cigarettes and alcohol was found in the bathroom. Oh and order is never right, including for this visit.

Can’t seem to get their orders right. My order was given to another vehicle and then when they actually finally gave my food, it was missing part of my order. If you messed up once, you would think that you would make sure it was right. No sorry, no discount, no nothing. I understand it’s fast food but do better.

They are very quick at this McDonald's. The $5 special is good, I get the chicken sandwich, the fries, 4 chicken nuggets with ranch sauce. A special for sodas any size $1.49, so I ask for a large diet coke, ypsi,img the drink and there's no charge extra.

Drive-Thru was backed up, person who greeted me on the speaker after I patiently waited was incredibly rude. They said my order wasn't in their system and told me to check the app. They instructed me to contact the app for a refund but the app clearly stated to talk to the store for a refund. Worst service I have had here in awhile.

The crew took over the loud speakers and play whatever they want. No music for customers. Just the crew catering to itself. So...I quit going. It was a every morning stop on the way to work. Now I just make my own breakfast because I'm tired of the way McDonalds operates now. It's not just this McDonalds. I refuse to shop at any location now and haven't for months because of this location because I know McDonalds thinks I'll still probably shop with them but at a different location so why fix the issue...nope haven't been to a mcdonalds in months haha
