The signs saying dining room open are misleading. They are a take out only restaurant. They have a dinning room, but no staff. A place that not that long ago hosted every local team's parties is now just an empty unkempt building. The take-out area is unmanned. They will actually direct you after seeking out a human, to just order online.

We were in our way to the Eastern Shore late in the day. The ordering area was unmanned so we waited perhaps 10 minutes while the staff was taking care of earlier orders. A bucket was in the middle of the small area to catch drips from a leaking roof. Finally my order was taken and I was informed that it would be 25-20 minutes. It did.
I went to the bathroom and the toilet did not flush.
The thin crushed pizza was exactly that. The first slice was ok but the next one was so dry that it it was like tomato sauce on thick paper.
There were only two staff working, they were busy with on line orders. They did a good job but would have been in the weeds if the customer flow increased.
With the hole in the ceiling, a non working toilet and understaffed, where was the manager?

This was the worst customer service that I have ever received. From the server, Christopher, to the manager who failed to provide her name. She was rude and very dismissive. I am not sure if it's because of the color of my skin, but I deserve to know the name of anyone who provides a service to me and my family. Pizza-Hut, you got to do better! Now we're moving to another pizza company because you will no longer be our Friday night spot.

Ordered on the phone number on line. Automated system took order and read address of pizza hut address, said it would be ready in 20. Went there and they had no record of order.

Terribe dry pizza. Even ordered extra sauce. Peppers burned. Don't go there. Staff slow and could care less

I placed my pizza order on Feb. 8,2025 @ 1:30 for a delivery @5:30pm. I know that it’s superbowl and that’s why I ordered early. 6pm came and still no pizza so I was trying to be patient so I decided to call Edgewater Pizza Hut to inquire about my delivery around 7pm. I spoke with Konrad and he explained that my pizza has not been delivered and it’s not their fault that Uber eats and another delivery has not picked up my order. I have waited for almost 3 hours and Konrad asked if I wanted to cancel my order and I said No since I have waited this long in hopes that a driver will be delivering my food. So, I called Konrad again to ask for any status on my order AND Konrad canceled my order despite me telling him not to cancel. Furthermore, I was not notified! This is not acceptable in any way!!!! I feel that Konrad needs to learn customer service at a minimum. Very disappointed
I have tired over and over with pick up orders rather if I’m ordering for parties or kids sport gatherings. The service is always horrible they answer the phones disrespectful they’re never friendly. The food is always cold never fresh I either have too call to complain or when I’m eating in I always have to send my food back…

Terrible pizza even worse quality assurance, arrived here for a pick up, went in to pick up and pay they look for tips for a pick up??? What did they do to earn a tip???
Big sign on front door days dine In is counter service only so they won't wait on you if you and your family decide to go here for dinner, you got to serve yourself at the take out window, what a joke, the pizza was burned and super thin tough to eat and the pasta was hardly cooked under the burned top, this is pure laziness from the management, to allow your standards to slip this bad and for it to go this long is shambolic, pizza hut should have much better standards than this, this restaurant has been on the decline for a while and under the same management, people need to listen and stop going here, You might seem like you're getting a deal but you'll be annoyed at the food quality the overall service or the dirt of the restaurant or all 3, this place shouldn't be allowed to continue to do business if the toilets and customer dine in area is that dirty can you imagine the kitchen where people can't see,
The manager should be held accountable and Fired immediately its borderline attempted murder with them standards,

We love that you still do dine in — but good grief owner… pay the pittance to shampoo your carpets! It’s grody in there.
Inside sitting area was 43 degrees super cold. Bathrooms were filthy with trash full, toilets clogged and smelling of disgusting mop water.
Store had no water available for my children to drink. We had to go up to the carry out area to retrieve all of our ordered food including three trips back and forth to get appetizers, pizza and then back again to get plates. Then after receiving our order, we noticed the wings were bone in instead of bone out and the entire one pizza had no pizza sauce under the cheese. What a horrible experience overall. When confronting the staff, they were very unhelpful and laughing at our complaints

My family and I arrived Sunday evening (10/27/2024) for dinner, since we've visited here twice before, and had a phenomenal visit. Our past 2 visits, Chris waited on us, and had such a warm and welcoming way about him. To our dismay, our most recent visit wasn't as pleasant. There was one family already seated in the dining area, which we prefer to do, because we live at least an hour away. My husband and I grew up with our parents giving us the Pizza Hut dining experience, and so it meant a great deal for us to continue that with our children. After waiting to be seated, a young lady came out (appeared to be in a hurry/flustered), and informed us that she only had 3 staff members and we would have to place our order at the takeout window, while grabbing napkins to take back to the carry out counter. We went back to the other side, and waited at the counter while looking over the menu until someone came to help us. Before placing our order, we asked for clarification if we were to place our order at the counter, would we also have to self-serve, since we would like to dine-in? It was informed to us that there's only an option for carry out. We thanked the young lady, told her to disregard, and we left. I'm almost certain we'll try again at a later date, but will call before doing so to ensure dining in is an option.
