It was clean and quiet. The employee was friendly and patient.
Great ice cream. Smallest two scoops I’ve ever seen. She put the two scoops in the one scoop cup.
The ice cream itself was decent, with a nice variety of flavors to choose from. However, we ordered their malt milkshakes and were a bit disappointed because the consistency was so thin it felt more like a cup of flavored milk rather than a shake. While the flavor was okay, the texture really missed the mark. If I come back, I’ll definitely stick to ordering ice cream by the scoop since that seems to be the safer and more enjoyable option here.
Very good, tastes like heaven. So after the first visit we came back after a couple of days

Way too expensive. Was charged $25 for two sundaes. The ice cream is not worth that amount. Staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing.
Amid the aroma of Ledos Pizza Harks a blessing, Pop Pops Creamery is a must go to any people of Maryland. I devoured my Ice of Cream in 10 minutes

My family and I love this ice cream shop and we have been coming for years. My husband and I came in tonight and the girl that served us was absolutely rude. Her determiner was as if we were an annoyance for being there. She slammed my lid on the counter and was very unfriendly through our whole transaction.

Great ice cream, milkshakes and low key atmosphere.
We saw this place on our way to visit family and decided to stop on the way home. My husband and I ordered 2 chocolate milkshakes. The young man who served us never said a single word to us. He just made our shakes then rang us up. After we swiped our card he walked away. Such bad customer service. The milkshakes were tasty. It's unfortunate the service was so bad.
