The ice cream itself was decent, with a nice variety of flavors to choose from. However, we ordered their malt milkshakes and were a bit disappointed because the consistency was so thin it felt more like a cup of flavored milk rather than a shake. While the flavor was okay, the texture really missed the mark. If I come back, I’ll definitely stick to ordering ice cream by the scoop since that seems to be the safer and more enjoyable option here.
My family and I love this ice cream shop and we have been coming for years. My husband and I came in tonight and the girl that served us was absolutely rude. Her determiner was as if we were an annoyance for being there. She slammed my lid on the counter and was very unfriendly through our whole transaction.
We saw this place on our way to visit family and decided to stop on the way home. My husband and I ordered 2 chocolate milkshakes. The young man who served us never said a single word to us. He just made our shakes then rang us up. After we swiped our card he walked away. Such bad customer service. The milkshakes were tasty. It's unfortunate the service was so bad.
