Didn't have the chocolate for a chocolate milkshake, but have you tried the strawberry milkshake maybe my new favorite.Service was excellent and apologized for not having chocolate milkshake.
Very good Italian ice and every year they manage to hire the friendliest high schoolers I have ever met. The parking is not sufficient and it can be hard to turn out of here at busy times of day.
Love Rita's, so it's not the product that is 3 stars. BUT, custard is an integral part of the operation, and twice this location has had custard issues. The first time, vanilla overheated, so they only could sell chocolate. I did get to try my gelato with chocolate, which wasn't too bad actually. And the last time I went, they had no custard! I left and drove to the other Rita's in Bay Ridge.
