I can't say enough good things about Saucy Salamander! From the moment we started chatting with Rhonda about possibly using them for our wedding catering, I felt taken care of. Rhonda has been in the business for decades and really knows what she's doing. From day one, she was caring, attentive, professional, creative, and always easy to reach! She went above and beyond what I would expect from a wedding caterer - helping us with rentals, floorplan, moral support, etc....
A recent event I attended had their chicken, pork, bell peppers, zucchini, and mushroom dishes, and they had a deliciously seasoned healthy-homemade taste! Need to know their recipe!

Special shoutout to the owner, Rhonda – she’s the best! Rhonda went above and beyond to assist us, making everything so easy and stress-free. We only needed appetizers, and they absolutely nailed it – everything was delicious and beautifully presented. We couldn’t have asked for a better catering experience...
