Placed order on mobile app. Arrived 3 minutes after time expected for food to be ready and waited. No one checked on me to inquire about my order just delivered food to all other customers, the drive thru was fast. Finally after 30 minutes of waiting I knocked on the door and they seemed to be clueless while my order was sitting on the counter. The gave two free drink coupons which are expired. Absolutely horrible experience.

Takes way too long and miss food

Horrible. Daughter ordered fries and got tots, son ordered cheese fries and no cheese, we ordered a wrap with no tomato and it had tomatoes on it. The shakes were horrible and the lid wasn't on mine correctly and the lid came off and dumped all over the inside of the car. I requested 5 sauces and only got 4. Payment wouldn't take the gift card we had. Check in on the app kept saying that the stall number was invalid. We tried to call 5 times and no answer. Finally saw an employee who after 15 minutes after our order was placed said the food should be ready to just go through the drive thru. We went through the drive thru just to wait another 15 minutes at the window and nothing done right. Horrible, horrible experience. Then the kids were upset because their food was wrong and the adults were too exhausted over the whole situation to even try to get it fixed. Just don't. Save yourself the headache!!!!

Love their milk shakes and this is the time of year when you get them for half price in the evening. Not sure how to rate atmosphere because you're in your car next to a screen where you push a button and order. I do like it because it reminds me of the old Hot Shoppes places we ordered from in the 50s and 60s. My chicken sandwich had a texture I didn't care for. I'll try a burger next time and see how that is. The ordering speaker was easy to understand. I'm speaking about the equipment, as well as the person. Their shakes are real ice cream and dairy. They're super thick and creamy. My strawberry shake had real bits of strawberry in it. The straw was big enough to suck them up. It's worth a stop just for the shake

I called to ask about the unicorn slushy and the worker said “no we dont have it but your mom does” and then hung up. I went and the lady in charge of the drive thru was very rude. Then me and two others i was with all ended up with food poisoning. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! We are in pain and its all because of the soft pretzels they gave us.

I grew up eating at our local Sonics in Oklahoma. It is nostalgic for me. I was delighted when one opened up here. But EVERY single time I go here I am disappointed. I think maybe it's a one time thing..someone had a bad day & messed up. So I pay, tip, & leave usually still hungry. Then I try again simply because Sonic IS CAPABLE of having good food. However. The food is never good here. The drinks are not good. I can't say much for the service except that no one has been rude..At Sonic I always pull in & eat in my car. Sometimes the same person comes back & checks on you which is another reason you tip them for their service..but it's just a different experience here.

We just left sonic after placing a mobile order for 3 cherry limeades with mango. The runner serviced everyone. He kept staring at us but never brought out our drinks. We patiently and quietly waited for 20 minutes. We had no other option but to go to the drive thru and speak to someone. They had an attitude and asked us what we ordered and the name of the order. No apologies at all. The girl then asked how much was the order and she gave us cash.

We have been here over the years and have never been met with such disregard and unprofessionalism. We wondered if they were racist and just didn’t want to serve us because of our ethnicity.

Horrible Service! The person taking the order could not hear due to a malfunction with the speaker and was extremely rude.
The guy delivering the food was nice enough but appear to be someone who would be delivering food. He could have been more groomed. He also did not provide straws for our drinks (4 needed) and not one napkin.
I went through the line rather than have him come back outside. I had to beep to get someone’s attention and was met with a man who was very clearly angry to be disturbed from all of the customers (0) he was serving. He just glared at me when I asked for the straws and napkins.
Very unpleasant visit!
Like I have said many times, no one compares to Chick-fil-a! Their customer service is second to none! Sonic employees should take lessons from them.

I got the smash burger. It tasted like it was old and just reheated. I was so disappointed. And the strawberry slush had barely any strawberry flavor.
